Advice for my friend

I have a friend who recently experienced this problem and I don't know what kind of advice to give her. Her and her bf (of a few years) got into a fight. He called her a bad name (c___), she smacked him and he smacked her back (she said it was pretty hard but that he told her he did it by accident kind of a reaction or something).. He's never hit her before nor does he seem like that kind of guy to me. She's not sure if this should be a big deal to her and while I normally say you should never stay with a man who hits you she did hit him first. What should I tell her? =/

Is this stupid?

My fiance lies to me about stupid things. My beliefs are that there's nothing more important in a relationship (whether it's mother&child/husband&wife etc) than honesty. I don't mean NEVER lying because sometimes people need to be told they look great on a crappy day haha but never lying about big things. On the whole, my fiance is an amazing man but like I said, he lies about these stupid things. I get angry about him lying, not about what he has lied about. How can I get it through his head that if he tells me the truth, no matter what it is, I love him and we will work through whatever? His lies cause me to snoop and I absolutely hate being like that!

boyfriends birthday.

my boyfriends birthday is in less than one month. he spent like over 200 on me. i want to spend alot on him also. b ut the problem is i have no idea what to get him. he will be turning sixteen. hes not really into sports but hes an amazing boyfriend and i want to get something that no one else will be able to top & some thing that he will love and always use or have. any ideas ?

ok so ive been hanging out with one of my friends a lot lately and she has this friend and hes really nice and really cute so i started to like him. then i found out from some people that he does pot and drinks and stuff like that which i am totally the opposite of because i know im better than all of that. and my friend that ive been hanging out with has like self esteem issues and is sometimes down on herself and life in general so sometimes she makes the wrong decisions. and lately shes become really good friends with that guy and talks to him a lot and she always talks to him about how he should invite her to go get drunk and stuff and i really worry about that because shes like my best friend and i dont want her to make a wrong decis...

why is everyone being mean to people who dress differently?

so people say i'm emo. even though i'm not. but on the other hand i have nothing against them. i just dont liketo lable myself. so yeah my hair is dark and i have a fringe, and like black eyeliner and wear green/blue/red/purple skinnys.
what is so bad about that? i mean everyone hates me, just because i'm not a hip hopper and dont drink&smoke. everyone else does but so what? i just dont want to be like them. i just dont understand why people hate me just because i'm different. no matter how nice i am, they just hate me.
i have no friends at all. i guess i was just unlucky with this school.
but what should i do?
i wont change though.

Hello... I'm having boy troubles. I have a boyfriend and his bestfriend [who is a girl] likes him too. He is always hanging out with her more than with me. Should i ask him if he likes her or would that damage our relationship? Pleases help

There's this guy that I liked. He is a really really great guy, and I never felt like I had to be anyone else around him.
He found out I liked him from a friend, and me and him kind of talked about it over text, and the next day, he was acting all smiley around me. But a few days later, things went right back to being awkward. I sent him two more texts between Monday and Friday, asking him his thoughts about it. He never responded, but just acted weird and nervous.

door alarm

have an ademco alarm system, and every door and window in my house has it installed in it. if you open any of them and the alarm is on, it will go off or if it's not on it will just beep. i jus got my basement done and i don't feel like explaining the whole thing but i'm having some friends sleepover and we need to sneak out. the only thing is that there is an alarm on the basement door. there are 3 little windows in the basement with no alarm, but they won't open up far enough for people to fit through. if anyone knows how to make the alarm not work on the door without my parents knowing, could you help me? like maybe cut a wire or something, or maybe if theres even a way i could turn it off on one door. becasue i am home alone a lot and t...

Enchilada recipe

A while ago me and a friend made enchildas for a class. Her mom can't find the recipe but when I tried googling it I couldn't find one that was easy or similar enough. These are the ingredients I can remember: Cans of chicken, Mexican blend of cheese, Green enchilada sauce, refried beans, and tortillas. I can't find a recipe with all or most of those ingredients so if someone can help me find one that'd be great! :]

We have a little family bible worship service each Saturday, against my will. We just read through Proverbs and lately the chapters we've been reading have this "child discipline" things in them . Like " Spare the rod; spoil the child." It's friggin driving me CRAZY! My parents always choose those verses when we come to the part where we are supposed to share what we felt was the important verse to us out of the things we read. (we read one verse ech.) So I'm 15, a freshman girl in high school, and despite the fact that's there's 1,000+ kids in my school, I don't have any friends. I don't get why. I talk to people who are my acquaintances, but I know I don't say too much because I'm afraid they'll think I'm annoying. I do raise my hand a lot in class, and I'm trying to stop, but is that annoying? Sometimes, I joke around with people that I talk to more, but is that annoying too? I get straight As, and I guess I'm somewhat decent looking. A girl in my Spanish class said I'm pretty, but I think she was saying that to make me feel better. Why doesn't anyone like me? one of my close friends (lets call her friend A) has been hanging around with this other friend (lets call her friend B) whos...i feel bad saying this about her cause i'm friends with her too but...easy. shes never like had sex (i dont think) but she always gets drunk and makes out or gives handjobs to any guy thats there at the moment. and it pisses me of that so many guys call her the "perfect party whore" and i don't like them saying that because she's my friend although its true. now friend A has gotten closer to her and now friend A is starting to go out with friend B most weekends and they invite guys over and get drunk and who knows what they're doing. basically friend A is turning friend B into a slut. i feel so bad saying...

Maybe this needs to go into the random weirdos section, but her it goes anyway.
I had an idea that a few people think would make a lot of money. The theme and name are connected and it would be really easy to do. I run into one thing, money. Or lack of it.
Where would I look for investors or people who have money to get this off the ground?
How would I present it to them so that they take it seriously?

hi... i've been suffering for a long long time and i am still not sure what's wrong with me... i am 22 now and this has started when i was 9.... i've had severe depressive moods and then i'd go back to just being "normal" or not depressed... i usually try to hide this from everyone but the things happening inside me are too painful for me to bear anymore... but i've noticed a pattern ... and so researched it and what i found was that it could be bipolar disorder... everything seems to fit... when i am depressed i feel unworthy of anything and that i am stupid (mental iq is below average), a failure, have no skills, and i endure horrible memories of times when i was so sure of myself and ended up embarrassing myself ... other time...

i love my boyfriend dearly. but somehow i think i got my views on sex mixed up. he cheated on me early on in our relationship and now i feel like if he doesnt want to have sex with me then i must not be pretty enough, or good enough for him. i get really upset when we are laying in bed and he just rolls over and goes to sleep instead of having sex with me. i must be too fat, or too ugly, or he doesnt like my hair, or i just dont turn him on. i dont know how to get past this... i love him so much but i am extremely hurt every night that we do not have sex and i dont know how much longer i can stay in a relationship where i am hurt soo much.
