ok so ive been hanging out with one of my friends a lot lately and she has this friend and hes really nice and really cute so i started to like him. then i found out from some people that he does pot and drinks and stuff like that which i am totally the opposite of because i know im better than all of that. and my friend that ive been hanging out with has like self esteem issues and is sometimes down on herself and life in general so sometimes she makes the wrong decisions. and lately shes become really good friends with that guy and talks to him a lot and she always talks to him about how he should invite her to go get drunk and stuff and i really worry about that because shes like my best friend and i dont want her to make a wrong decision about something. and about that guy i really like him now and i probably have a good chance with him because ive talked to him and we seem to have a connection. so my 2 questions are what should i do about my friend and should i take a chance with him because hes nice and i really like him, or should i skip it because he drinks and stuff.
thanks :)

As for the guy, know this.. If you start to date him while he is into this stuff you cannot expect him to change. You will have to live with his love of alkie and drugs and since that's not you no matter what I know it will lie in the back of your mind and bother you. I say there are millions of boys and men in the world, don't settle for less that you deserve! [ yourstruly's advice column | Ask yourstruly A Question ]
