im not really sure what to do..

Well me and this guy "nate" went out for 3 months. I had a really good relationship but we had some bumps along the way. He was the first guy i fell in love with. The problem was he kept lying and keeping things from me so i broke up with him about a month and a half ago. After we broke up i tried being his friend. I'm a 16 year old girl, not allowed to talk to boys, not allowed to have a boyfriend, and not allowed to hang out with guy. It's not that I like a guy and want a boyfriend, because I don't, but I have some guy friends that are strictly friends, but I'm never allowed to hang out with them. So, one of my good friends has been going out with this girl, who is presumably insane.
The first time he had broken up with her, she jumped in front of a truck, and later keyed his car (Mustang GT).
He's going out with her again, but her jealousy is starting to affect our friendship.
She has this idea that everyone is out to steal her boyfriend, and basically restricts him from most of his friends.
Another friend of mine, a girl, had been talking to his girlfriend. She was accusing my friend of talking shit about her boyfriend, and when questioned, the she told her that the only person she's been talking about him to, was me.

ok. So tonight it was like 11:35 and my bf and I were making out in his car at a park. We are both 18. All of a sudden a cop comes up to the window, and to make a long story short, took our IDs and then gave them back after going to her at for like 5 minutes and then told us to leave the park. R the cops going to contact our parents?? I will be DEAD if they do.

I have a group of friends that normally hangs out together, but lately everyone has been separated. Rachel and Sarah have a problem with Danielle and Jessica, and it is apparent. Now, I am close with both "groups", but I am definitely closer to Jessica and Danielle. Today, while I was hanging out with Rachel and Sarah, they said a few things about Jessica and Danielle. Later that night, Jessica called me and I told her a few things that they said. I did not exaggerate anything at all, but Sarah called me upset that I told them and that she expected that I wasn't going to say anything. I'm looking for an anternative solution to cutting myself... I'm 14, and I've recently been caught in the act of cutting. My parents have decided to take me to a psychologist, and I'm really not looking forward to it... It's hard enough to talk to them. The problem is, everyone is asking if I'm okay, and what's wrong, but I don't know the answer to that. I don't know what's wrong exactly. It's a lot of stuff, I guess. i finally found my perfect guy. we are compatible mentally, sexually, physically, any way really. there's one problem though- his mother hates me.

okay so my parents divorced when i was about two, and my mom has been married three times (none of them worked). and it's fine now me and my mom are best friends. my dad's been married once more and now has 4 kids.

AHHHHH College application

Ok So I know that college have a fee for applying to their college, but my friend found this site called zinch.com. It has this college application wizard called college zapps but the cost is only $5 an application. Does that mean that I don't have to pay the application fees from the schools themselves or not.

i used to have front bangs.
then i started growing them out and didn't cut them.
the thing is they don't really look like side bangs.
do i have to get them cut (angled) like side bangs for them to look better/more like side bangs? (because I didn't cut them yet)
