Trampoline?

Will jumping on a trampoline everyday help your weight problems? Please and thank you.

It will keep your legs in fit, but it wont do as much as other things would do.

Yes it will, and if you do that as part of a healthy diet, you will start to lose weight.

Start your exercise plan out slowly, and work your way up. You don't want to start off too strong.

Yeah. Jumping around being active helps burn calories. But remember to eat healthy and drink water too. You can't depend on the trampoline alone.

Well, yes, but if you are looking to burn calories with a daily workout, you can for sure find something more effective than a trampoline. It's low-impact and fun, but if you are looking to get serious, running or walking would do more for you. I get on the treadmill or cross trainer and watch my favorite shows. I'm gonna be staying in one place to watch them anyway; I might as well be doing something productive at the same time.

The trampoline will help your quads, but probably won't do a whole lot to lose weight.

If you jump long enough and hard enough you will burn calories and develop muscles.
