K3587 answered Tuesday June 23 2009, 3:10 pm: Well, yes, but if you are looking to burn calories with a daily workout, you can for sure find something more effective than a trampoline. It's low-impact and fun, but if you are looking to get serious, running or walking would do more for you. I get on the treadmill or cross trainer and watch my favorite shows. I'm gonna be staying in one place to watch them anyway; I might as well be doing something productive at the same time.
