my career at stake

I am an Indian by nationality. from initial years of my schooling I have been a good learner and a great student at almost all subjects. I had an inclination in science and English language and wanted to work as a doctor or an editor as I grow up. I decided to go for medicine as a career but could not make it due to financial crisis and scarce seats in colleges. anyhow, I started with b.sc. in botany last year as it offered a safer landing to my career after JRF,M.Sc.Ph.D etc as a lecturer. but now it turns out to me that I can change my avenue by opting M.A. journalism or M.A. English and try to up bring my notion to be an editor or that sort of stuff. messed in my own dilemmas, I gave a sort of career test few days ago, it only added fuel...

gassy all the time! what can I do?

I am always gassy , a lot of you say to drink more water, i drink a gallon a day and i eat healthy and i am still extremely gassy,it is annoying. I have also tried beano and it works for a while and then it is back. There has to be something i can do. It is embarassing when i am at the gym. It all most makes me not want to go. HELP!!!!!!

So my best friend and I are always together. Because of this I tend to meet her otherfriends and make friends through her. About a year ago we started occasionally visiting her friend, lets call her Laura, and also Laura's boyfriend since ge lives with her. is it normal to not like my expanded family ?

Hey,so everytime im with my expanded family I feel like I'm not a part of them like most of them are loud and I find it weird I'm not a snob or something like when I'm with my friends I'm the loudest person ever but I just don't feel comfortable with them I don't even talk to some of my cousins I don't know if it's just weird for me to see them because I only see them twice a year but everytime we have a Family event I feel Anxiety and uncomfortable.most of time I don't even come to these family events but I don't want them to think that I don't like them. is it normal or I'm just being weird and should I try to go the my expanded family bbq ?

Natural or coil

I'm 23 I don't know what to do next.
Just over a year ago I had the copper coil fitted. About 3monrhs after every time I have a period I have the runs and can be rather bad, my periods have also become irregular again so buying Diarrhoea tablets is getting rather expensive. I never get period pains never have.
I'm not sure if this is something my coil is doing to me or it's a natural thing that's happening to me. Do I go back to the family planning clinic? I'm starting to get so frustrated with it all

Debt.

Today was the first time i thought about suicide. I have never been the type of person to spiral like this. But it seems my time has come. I recieved a check from a kijiji job posting and i cashed it and continued on my way. Waiting for the person to tell me where the job was. Well i just found out it was fraud and i now have to pay back 4000$ in two weeks. I do not have a job, and it will be impossible for me to pay this back. My account has been frozen. I cannot pay my rent or for food or anything until I pay back this full amount. I am so lost and alone and i have been crying for 3 days straight unable to think of what to do. I have no family and I live in a city where I dont no anyone. I feel like i should just end it because my life will never be livable again.

This may sound strange, but this usually did not happen in this school. Years ago, I went to an elementary school, and this school was ran by an amazing principal and some of the greatest memories I've had was when he was principal.
Unfortunately, he retired and the new principal came in the beginning of my last year of elementary school. She changed everything (the appearance inside, the playground sets, etc.) But the strange thing about the one rule she enforced was that the older kids had to walk around the basketball court during recess. I don't have a lot of friends andI know I should be grateful for the ones I do have but I feel alone. I don't have like a group of friends all my friends are from different groups. I used to have a group of friends but we're not really friends anymore but that's a story for another time. Okay, so there is this guy I really like. I've liked him since like October. We never really started talking until like January, but after that we became really close friends. Let's call him Derek. Narcissistic mother

I feel like my mom is using me. And has narcissistic tendencies. Things will be fine, we have our disagreements, like any mother daughter relationship. She gets mad when I don't answer right away, but its acceptable when she doesn't. She gets mad when I come to her with a problem and makes me feel like it doesn't matter. But gets angered when I don't come to her. For example, she has been really busy, but gets lovey dovey with me, asks for favors and then when I give in, she goes back to being distant. I live in Canada and I am 18 years old. Throughout my life, I have come across many ups and downs. Things such as losing friends, not being able to find work, and etc., haven't bothered me as much as what I am about to tell you. I have grown up in a religious family of 6. My parents, my siblings and me. I always used to get beat up over the littlest things, and I used to cry, as every child would when their mother would beat them up, and I get that. Boyfriend won't walk to the door or call

I'm a 20 year old female and have started dating my first (slightly younger) boyfriend. He's kind, patient and understanding. However he's told me that he refuses to be the one to call me or go to the door when he visits, and was vague when I asked why. My boyfriend is talkative and outgoing-not a shy guy at all. He also walks outside of the sidewalk when we're together, is polite to my family (who I'm living with for now), and is affectionate. I even told him I would make sure no one but me answered the phone or door, but he still said no. I'm not his first girlfriend either. Is this something I should be concerned about? This may sound naïve coming from someone my age, though I can't help but wonder what it could mean.

Confused about my nationality

To begin with, I want to say three things:
1. This question is going have too long of a description.
2. I don't want to consult a psychiatrist. I want advice specifically from North Americans as it is a matter between them and me.
3. I am from India and I don't think that it should have been that way.
As I said, I was born in North India and that's where the problem really starts.
I am a male and I have been born into a Hindu family (Hinduism is a religion). I have been educated in a Roman Catholic school. It was a nice school but I didn't make friends there. I am 20 now. Lost earrings

When I was little my aunt always gave me bracelets or some type of jewelry. I would always loose it though. Well for my 14th birthday she got me a necklace and it was super cute! And she told me to wear it everyday. But I play field hockey and we aren't allowed to wear jewlery so I took it off but now I can't find it and I'm pretty sure I've looked everywhere. And she hasn't had a chance to see it on me when I had it so whenever she sees me she'll ask where it is and I tell her it's at home (which I think it is I just don't know where). But anyways I don't know what to tell her. What should I do? (Btw I think it was a little pricey because she said it was real silver)

I am currently going through so much and I am only 18. Everything for me is falling apart, no one cares about me, no one tries to help, and I an so alone. All I can think about is taking my own life. I don't have anyone who will miss me, or anything. I don't have anything to look foward, I just feel like giving up. I've tried so hard to stop thinking about it, but I can't. It's like it's already stuck in my mind. I harm myself every night, in hopes of actually dying but it's not working. I just can't take anything anymore, it hurts to feel so alone, it hurts to be so alone. I want to give up, I want to be gone. I just wish I had someone who cared, someone who loved me. Hey guys how's it going
I really need someone who's an expert in taking the right supplements on the right time with the right gym program.
It's true food is irreplaceable but I can't afford that much or even eat that much. A cup of shakes costing 50$ per month is all I can afford on a monthly basis.
Athleticism:
Cardio every week; basketball or football or sometimes randomly 2 hours of jogging and sprints with breaks in between.
