Hey! My name is Ashlea. I've been a member on here for a few years. I'm 24 years old and have a little baby boy. I'm pretty outgoing and I love to joke around. I have a very strong sense of humor and I love making people laugh. I don't care too much about what other people think about me because in the end, you're all you got. Nothing else matters but your true opinion of yourself. I think everyone is beautiful in their own ways. I never look down on anyone nor do I judge people for their decisions or lifestyles.


I love to listen to music. That's probably the only reason I like driving, otherwise, It'd be boring as hell. I love spending time with my son. He is by far the best thing that's ever happened to me. He is my best friend and when I'm with him, nothing else matters. The whole world could pass me by, and as long as I have him, it doesn't matter one bit. He's the only one who can truly make me smile. I am truly happy because of him. I love spending money when I have it, and sometimes, that can be a bad habit. I love to write poems, and am told I am very good at it, but only when I'm upset or bothered by something. Lately, though, I have not written any. I also enjoy writing. I seem to have a way with words and I love how a paper sounds after I write it. It makes me sound more intelligent.(lol) I also like to watch movies, mostly comedy and drama...I hate action movies and boy-ish movies. Horror movies give me nightmares(yes, even at this age.) ...I like to go on the computer alot and I love meeting new people, so feel free to get in touch with me!


I hate people who think they are better than you, and people who are snobby or stuck-up. Having that attitude will never get you anywhere in life, and I look at it as a sign of immaturity. I like to be around people that within the first 5 minutes of talking to them you know that you will already feel comfortable with them because they are that down to earth. I can't stand people who criticize other people and their lives. Understand that you, as well, have things about your life that you do not like...so you wouldn't like it very much if people talked about you in a bad way, would you? We're all human, we all make mistakes and run into bad situations. Things happen that we can't control. These are all parts of life though and can be handled with the help of others, which is why negative criticism is not needed.

I believe that what you can't control, you have to let go. Too often we hang onto things when we have no control or power over its outcome, so in the end, life will take its course and we have to just go with it.


I guess some people would say I can be selfish at times, although I choose not to believe that(lol), and if things don't go my way, i WILL be upset. But, I also learn to get over it and move on. I love giving advice. Everyone I know say that's the one thing they love about me the most...I never judge anyone on any of their problems and I truly do enjoy helping people with their problems in any way I can. I will go to any extent I have to in order to help someone else. I have a habit of putting other people's needs ahead of my own. I have been giving people advice and helping people so much with their problems that I don't even get that GREAT feeling anymore from helping people. It's just in my nature and I am happy to just be able to be of some sort of help to anyone: stanger or friend.


I am not here for the ratings or comments. I am only here to help you, and I hope to recieve help in return when I am in need as well. a hickey is a blood clot. plain and simple. to make the swelling go down, you should freeze a spoon in the freezer, then put it on your hickey for a little while. that will help it go down a little and help it to heal better.

no you are not wrong at all! you are absolutely right..there is NO rush in anything!! wow, that's great that you want to wait until you are married. For the past week my hands have just been ice cold. My guess it is do to poor circulation. I work on a computer all day, so it is not like I am not moving them. Does anyone have any ideas what causes this, and what I can do about it? It is very uncomfortable.

You should definately go see a doctor because most of us wouldn't be able to tell you what it is..and if I guessed and told you my opinion, it may not be correct..and then you may not go to the doctor b/c you are thinking it is what one of us said..and it could get worse. So, please go see a doctor, just to be sure everything is okay.

I got my lip periced last year and that hurt like woah. Does getting your tounge peirced hurt worse

getting your tounge pierced doesnt hurt at all really .. i got mine done in May and the only bad part of the whole experiance is the aftermath. the actual getting it done doesnt hurt..but the 2 weeks that follow hurt like a b*tch. if you want info. get back to me..i'd love to help.

Okay, I'm friends with my best friend's ex boyfriend.We've always been friends. But I've also always hada little bitty crush on him. He lives in PA and we live in DE though, so boy me and my friend never get to see him. Lastngith he said he missed me and he wanted to come visit me. in my opinion, there is no age limits. as long as you're not 13 and the guy is 25 or something. my motto is .. " if it's legal, go for it." ...there's no harm in dating an older man/woman.

i am 17 years old and my boyfriend is 20. we've been together for 3 years and i've been going out with him since i was 15 and he was 18. My sister is 24 and her boyfriend is 47.

Age differences are okay, just as long as they're legal.

I'm one of the very few people that are blessed with a hard to buy for boyfriend. I'm sure you've already guessed what my question is. What the heck do I buy for him for Christmas? I've spent countless hours pondering over the subject. This past week we went shopping. We were at Sam Goody when he found these extremely rare Linkin Park cd's. He and I are both very big fans of Linkin Park. Anyway, he didn't have quite enough money to buy them. So, I offered to buy them for Christmas. He refused. He has Linkin Park shirts, Linkin Park hoodies, shoes, almost every Linkin Park cd imaginable. He likes NCSU (Y'all from North Carolina know who) and the Carolina Hurricanes. He's an outdoorsy type person (he canoes, hikes, plays sports) as am I. Everything I've asked him about he either already has or refuses to let me buy it. So, what the heck am I supposed to do? Any ideas/suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Get him something that you know he likes, even though he refuses to let you get it for him. The only reason your boyfriend is refusing is because he doesn't want you to spend all of your money on him..HE wants to take care of YOU..and by you buying him even a christmas present, it makes him feel as if YOU'RE taking care of HIM,and some guys hate that feeling. My boyfriend is the same way. so, get him the linkin park CD's ....chances are he really wants them.

Ok, theres this one girl, lets call her 123. Theres 2 other boys involved too, 456 and 789. When I'm hanging around 456 and 789 flirting and all, 123 will come to our group and start flipping out on me for no reason. 456 and 789 say she's just jealous of me and I shouldn't worry about it. Later when 456 and 789 are gone, 123 will come up to me and apologize. 123 does this everytime we get into a fight! What can I do, this just happens repeatedly and I want it to stop! it sounds to me like 123 likes 456 or 789 and she is secretly hurt that you keep flirting with them..there has to be some reason that she keeps getting angry at you ... talk to her. let her know that you didn't mean to hurt her if you did. ask her why she does this to you. there is probably a good reason and she is probably hurt for a good reason(..possibly likes 456 or 789).. good luck and i know it will work out for you. get back to me if you need anything else..

Im 15/f I always feel like I cant breathe deeply enough. I feel like every 5 minutes I am sitting there trying to yawn but I can never get myself to yawn deeply enough and it takes me like 5-10 mins just go get one yawn out. And I probably look pretty stupid too like sitting there in class yawning all the time. I know i dont get enough sleep, but even on the weekends when i get like 11 hours i still have trouble breathing deeply/yawning. It might be stress related too..but i think ive had this problem since i was little. Is this normal? ANy ideas on how to help? thx

the best advice i can have is to go to the doctor. i have problems breathing as well, but i smoke cigarettes. You could have asthma, so make sure to see a doctor about this. it could get worse as you get older, so you'll wanna know exactly what it is.

Ok I accidently forgot my password to on of my emails (I know i'm dumb!) but now I really need to get in to it!! I have a saved email from a while ago that has important info about applying to University, and I don't know where else I can get it from!!! So does anyone know a way to "hack" into your own hotmail account?? I have sat around trying to figure out my password but icant!! someone please help!

on every email website, there should be an area on the sign-in screen for "forgotten passwords." .. it may say "forgot your password?" or something along those lines...you can simply follow the steps they provide and recieve your password!!

for american history, my class had to write an essay. we had to be either john kerry or george bush and discuss what issues we are going to change. today we got our papers back. i got 19/18, but i had a see me on my paper. it said the teacher thought i had not written it because it was far better than anything id written this year. we had to get our information from 3 internet articles, so i gave the teacher my articles. i did not plaigerise, and i told the teacher that. i dont know if tomorrow she will say she believes me or not. i feel so insulted and ashamed even though ive done nothing wrong. what do i do?

if you know that you didn't cheat, then there is NOTHING to worry about....unless there is a sentence in your paper that is word for word exactly what is on the internet(or another one of your sources)...then she can't do anything about it!!! if you didnt plagerize, then dont worry about a THING!! i know you might feel offended...but once you prove her wrong, you should definately demand an apology!!

no you dont really win those things....and yes, i see them at LEAST 5 times a day on websites....and I've shot the monkey and all that b4 and all it does it bring you to another website and it says "Buy this and THEN you'll get a laptop!!" .. for example: it will say "Choose one of these offers and claim your laptop!!" .. but each offer is lyk 200 bucks each .. or lyk, an offer will be to buy AOL ... that means paying money everyy month .. so you're basically paying off your laptop....
