I put cinnamon hearts in my purse, to have during the day in place of a mint [I wanted to try something different]. From eating them, I got a terrible taste in my mouth, and when I looked at my tongue it was red from the dye. Well, out of curiousity I scraped my tongue with my nail, and this.. like residue came off, red because of the dye I guess and it smelled horrible. I'm definitely not going to eat them anymore, but why do you think this was happening?

Is it true that you can loose calories by chewing gum? I heard it today, and it makes sense because you are chewing and not eating, and I've heard that it can help you loose weight while cooking so you don't eat, so what's the deal?

No, the type doesn't matter at all. You shouldn't keep your tampon in for more than 6 hours, it will lead to TSS. To be safe, you should change it every 5 hours or so, don't even let it go a little over 6 hours and wear a pad to bed, so you don't go into a deep sleep with it and basically have no other choice, otherwise you'd have to get up every 6 hours to change it- which is very diffucult. i got my period for the first time about 1 year, and 8 months ago. I haven't had it very many times since. i get it like every 2 or 3 months? i heard that body weight has something to do with it and some sites tell me that im "emaciated" and stuff like that, but i eat, have a fast matabolism, and im active. do you think this is why my period is irregular? ps im like 5'6 and 105, i think. thankss
Hey! When you first get it, it is irregular for a while- it's nothing to be concerned about. It can be irregular for up to 2 and a half years, until your body gets used to it- and even THEN it's still irregular! It is nothing to worry about, it's natural! I've had a crash on this one guy for the last 2 years but we never talk. I'm currently friends with a 24 year old (man)that smells very bad.I'm not sure how to tell him that he stinks. Him and his mother both smell actually but he is unbearable. He is kinda of an outcast in our town because everyone has smelt him at one time or another which he does not have many friends. He is a really good guy but he constantly smells of cigarette smoke, body Odor, he also is always covered in dog hair. They never open the windows or curtains in the house so it makes the stench just linger. Im also not sure if he washes his clothes or his body on a regular basis. He is very tempermental and i think he will get mad and take it the worng way when i let him know he smells. So my question is how do I tell him he smells without hurting him to bad.

I know that you don't want to hurt his feelings, but he has to hear the truth. First, I'd try maybe making a little mini gift basket with all little treats [inexpensive] and maybe a bar of soap or give him a nice cologne as a little gift. Don't make a major deal about it. Wait a day, and say "Did you not like the cologne I gave you? I'm offended!" JOKINGLY. See what he says then. If he doesn't get the hint by that, sit with him and tell him the truth. Hey Caroline! Cetaphil, sold in like Target, or your local pharmacy, works amazing! It softens your face as it cleanses it, and for me, works basically over night. Due to the amount that you are saying that you have, it might take a while, but Cetaphil gets the job done! Seabreeze is also a good cleanser for your face, but tingles and takes a longer time to work. If you want to cover it up, try Neutrogena liquid foundation with the benyozl (sp?) peroxide made in it! I have this friend from Washington State, and she showed me pics of what she claimed was her. Well a month or so later, I was on a picture site that you can have friends- no its not myspace- [she had like a pic of her puppy on it] and then I saw a little icon of a friend that looked like her. Well guess what? IT WAS "HER". She obviously stole her friends pics and claimed them to be hers. Should I be somewhat offended? k well i want to get a lipring. i dont know how it will look though, so i was wondering if theres a way to get a fake lip ring (that actually will stay on my lip) so i can see how it looks...i dont wanna go thru all that pain for something that will look tacky. any help or suggestions is appreciated!
I think you could probably take a magnetic earring that's meant for your ears or cartlidge and put it on your lip just for the feel of it, but a real one will be very painful and this might bother you alot during the day with the magnetic backing and then you have to worry about swallowing it. There really isn't a proven safe way of testing it out, unless you want to just try out the magnetic thing for a while. Hope I've Helped! ♥

When I first began to shave my legs [I did my underarms earlier] I was a bit scared, and opted for that Veet Spray On stuff. Let me tell you first hand that it DOES NOT WORK WELL AT ALL. You'll be there FOREVER. Razors do not hurt you as long as you don't press to hard and gently like stroke your legs. Shaving, in my opinion, is much better than waxing or that spray on stuff by Nair or Veet. For a shaving cream, Barbasol actually works really well- it's a men's shaving cream but works AMAZING on legs, and Gillette works well also. If you have any questions, just send me a message! i just got the secret sheer dry deoderent but accidently got unscented instead of another one that actually has a scent. what's unscented? like it smells kind of nasty but if you put it on will people smell your sweat? and is secret sheer dry good enough for people who have like hyperhydrosis? if not then can you please suggest some that are? thank you
I believe it will be good enough, but I've heard Certain Dry works the best and I know that Ban works well also.
Unscented will still keep you not from smelling, unless you perspire excessively one day more than normal, like any deodorant it will cover up most of the sweat and odor. Secret works pretty well but like I've said- Certain Dry and Ban are the best. People will not smell your sweat with an unscented- it works the same way regular deodorant does, but covers the odor in a more, subtle way.
