okay most teenagers have acne but if it is REALLY bad ask you parents if you can see a dermatologist.
if it's not that bad heres what i would recommend:
-wash your faces twice a day (once in the morning and once at night)
-use products with no oil like clean and clear or nutragena (spelling?)
- dont touch your face with your hands. your fingers have oils on them and make acne worse
- use a a cover up that wont clog your pores if your face gets really red
it will go away when you get olderthough =]
hope that helps! ]
use cleansers..dont pick make more come back ]
well if you picking it..thats your problem! it you stop picking. and maybe use proactive, or origins has good stuff (i use that) or just some at target.. wash your face 3 times a day, morning after school and night. and just dont tuch it a lot.. i think it will go away. also you could go a little light on make up.. that would help to
and for the boys.. they go threw it too. so just laugh when they do!
hope i helped ]
proactive, it worked for jessica simpson **SHWING** ]
By taking showers. YOU VILE SMELLING GIRL! ]
pro-active works REALLY good! i would try that. hope i've helped! ]
Hey Caroline! Cetaphil, sold in like Target, or your local pharmacy, works amazing! It softens your face as it cleanses it, and for me, works basically over night. Due to the amount that you are saying that you have, it might take a while, but Cetaphil gets the job done! Seabreeze is also a good cleanser for your face, but tingles and takes a longer time to work. If you want to cover it up, try Neutrogena liquid foundation with the benyozl (sp?) peroxide made in it! Don't listen to those boys, they're being idiots, every person gets pimples one day or another! Hope I've Helped, and just message me if you need anything else! ♥ ]
girl believe me when i was like 13 i had bad acne to and it got on my nerves so much i was so embarrased of it and i would always pick at it which is like the worst thing to do cause it can leave scars if you pick at it..anyway i went to the doctors and the prescription they gave me was bullshit with a capital B all it did was make my face dry and it annoyed my skin so my mom got me this product called proactive and i though it was going to be bullshit to but after a while i realized its like the best product out there in a couple of months your acne will clear up totally now for the whole pack of proactive it does cost $40 but its worth it and you can buy it at QVC or you can go on the internet to look were else you can buy it...now if you cant afford proactive i suggest you use facial masks every night and wash your face continously...also so you know it is not good to touch your face because your finger tips have oil in them which will only make your acne worse...so dont sweat what people say and hang in there alot of people go through this..hope i helped ]
dont pick at it or it will never go away.. try getting those acne free swabs or something.. for me, because i have alot of blackheads on my face and i get acne on my forhead and cheeks, i put toothpaste on it over night and BAM! it goes away really fast (well, not away over night but if you keep putting it on then it will go away) ]
i use proactive and it works well. its a little expensive though. check it out and www.proactive.com

You cannot make acne go away. It's something every one gets in their lifetime and a lot of teenagers have to deal with acne at a young age. I have had acne that wasn't that bad and I got rid of it by going to a dermatologist and getting prescribed a few products that would help clear up my acne. No product that you can buy at a store or over the counter will help get rid of your bad acne. You need to go see a dermatologist and he or she will prescribe you to something that will help. If you don't want to do that, then I suggest that you buy Proactiv for about $40.00. It will clear up your skin in a week or two. Just wash your face with an ance facial wash by Neutrogena. The people who tease you, just because you have acne, are fags because what goes around comes around and they will probably get acne in the future.
Also, drinking water will help nourish your skin and when I had acne, I drank lots of water and it helped my skin. ]
About 85% of people age 12-24 have acne. Here are some facts about Acne and how you can get rid of it.
1. First of all, Acne is NOT caused by chocolate like some people think. It's really caused by hormones.
2. Washing your face a thousand times a day only irrates the skin more. Your skin because your skin overcompensates and produces more oil. Use Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser, $10, or a spot treatment like Clearasil Instant Clean Rollerball Applicator, $4.
3. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER PICK YOUR SKIN. IT ONLY MAKES THE SPOT INFECTED AND MAKES IT STAY LONGER.
4. Hydrogen peroxide is great for cleaning out cuts, but for a pimple, your best bet is a salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide treatment. For the salicylic acid variety, we recommend Origins Spot Remover Acne Blemish Treatment Gel, $10.
5. There are few problems that don't have products designed to help — back breakouts are not one of them. So try a cleanser like Neutrogena Body Wash, Salicylic Acid Acne Treatment, $5, and it should clear everything right up
6.Covering a zit with heavy-duty stuff will only worsen it. But that doesn't mean you're stuck. Try Clean & Clear Concealing Treatment Stick, $5, to work undercover.
7. You should always protect your skin from the sun, but especially when you're using antibiotics or a topical acne treatment. A good everyday solution is Olay Complete UV Protective Lotion SPF 15, $7.
8. It's hard to believe, but the black part of a blackhead is really just a chemical reaction to the stuff that's clogging it. Which makes us feel better, because visible dirt on your face is pretty gnarly. To get rid of them, use Clearasil Blackhead Clearing Pads, $4.
9. Anything touching your face (even your hands) can make acne worse. But don't hang up your phone forever. Just make sure that you clean it — and your hands — often with alcohol wipes to keep the germs away.
10.One type of hyperpigmentation is the small discoloration that's left after the pimple heals. In order to avoid this, don't pick (as if we need to say it again) and avoid the sun. Taking care of this should help.
