I was looking for an estimate height calculator, and I found one, but on Ask.com, like on the side, there's a link for "excersises to grow taller". I'm nearly 5'2, but does anyone know if anything actually works? Thanks!

You dont stop growing till your 21 doctors say so you have plenty of time to do that.

Karen answered Friday April 8 2005, 9:24 pm: There are no exercises you can do that will make you grow taller. Your height is from your genes and if most of your family members are short, then you are probably going to stay around 5'2". The only thing you can do is to drink milk so your bones are strong, making you grow healthy. Even though you're 5'2", there is always that chance of you growing a few more inches in the future. People say that stretching helps your grow but that isn't true, by the way. [ Karen's advice column | Ask Karen A Question ]
