Okay Well Here The deal! I Just Got Off Of a REALLY bruised finger and i was tumbling today adn i did 4 back hand springs in a row! i was wondering if ya'll think it would be safe to go for 4?! i mean i dont wanna hurt it more because cheerleading tryouts are 2 weeks! SO what to do?! I RATE!

it depends on how it feels. i broke my thumb during basketball season, iced it when i got home and its still broken haha =) its fine though, i can do things but it still hurts a bit. i'd ice it as much as you could. it would probably be safter to at least get it checked out to make sure it isn't fractered & the doctor can tell you what to do. if it feels fine then you can try if you want.

What is the best way not to let your period from leaking during ball? I don't wear tampons.. I useally wear the underarmor shorts underneath my shorts to prevent it but it makes me run like a chicken..lol.. what should i do? we wear a light color shorts btw

change it often. maybe every hour er so er when you feel like you need to. there are bigger pads you can buy that are thicker & the pads with wings work best. you can also get them longer. as long as you wear good underwear & maybe shorts underneath you should be fine & it probably won't leak.

I used a tampon yesterday; and after inserting it, I flushed the cardboard applicater. ( The package said to do so) But today, the applicatior is in the toilet, unraveled, unbroken down, and the toiled won't flush. Am I not supposed to flush it? I really don't wanna tell my dad about this, hah but what should I do?

uhh idk i thought you're suppose to throw it out haha =) tell him. you don't wanna try doing something yourself & messing it up. plus if you tell him, he probably won't care anyway, but try juss throwing it out next time.

For the past couple weeks or so, I've noticed that I am REALLY tired.

Even on nights when I sleep well, I tend to find myself in class struggling to stay awake or even falling asleep.

When I get home from school, I also find myself falling asleep even though I did not intend to take a nap.

Other than that, I generally feel fine other than headaches that feel like 'sleep headaches' - you know, the kind you get when you haven't slept.

I fall asleep around 10:30 at night and get up at about 6 every day, which seems like plenty of sleep.

Any idea why I may be feeling like this? Are there any medical concerns with this -- like could this be a symptom of an illness even though no others are present?

it doesn't really seem like a medical concern, because school can make you tired & stress could too. are you in any sports er other activities? that can also make you tired. 10:30 might be a bit late to sleep. if you can go to sleep earlier, maybe around 9-10 range, you might feel more awake during the day. if not, you'll have to adjust. if it doesn't get any better in a week er so, then try going to your family doctor.

okayy well my brother is only about 16 months older then me.. we are pretty close but sometimes he can be totally horrible to me and my friends.. he has a bunch of close guys friends thatt are allways at my house. one of my brothers friends i think im attracted to but i dont kno what to do.. my brother would kill me if i made a move and im not sure how my brother's friend would react.. i mean i have caughten him checking me out when i walk around the house in skimpy little pajamas that i accidentally wore when he was at my house;)

the best thing you can do is mention it to your brother first. that'd be the safest way i guess. it is your life though, even if its his friend er not. if you really care about what he thinks/says then ask him first. if not, mention that you like his friend & you wanted to date him, hang out with him, er w/e. it's all up to you though. don't let anyone control your decisions unless its your parents obviously.

okay well i was wondering if it hurt the first time you have sex.. i kno im not ready to do it but i was just curious. My boyfriend drinks. That I dont care about. Just as long as he is responsible. Well he goes out with a friend of ours and drink this his friend's freinds. It really kind of bothers me because they are girls. I have talked to him about it, and he has reassured me that he won't do anything to threaten us as a couple. But our mutual friend, whom he drinks with, says that he can't control himself. But, This friend is known to tell lies. What should I do? I don't trust the girls he drinks with. I trust him. They drink like 2-3 times a week.

since he is your bf, you should explain how much you dislike it. you should tell him that you do trust him but for your relationship, you really don't want him drinking with them. if you explain to him that it's really important for your relationship, he might listen. it's not like he does it a few times a year, its 2-3 times a week, which is a lot.

I recently bought a USED mini ipod 4gb off of ebay. The buyer had claimed that it didnt have any headphones or manual. But when i got it, all it was, was the ipod itself! with no usb, charger or anything! So i bought one, with headphones (all together came out to over 200 dollars) now that would have been alright..if the iPod had actually worked! I charged it all night too where it says "charged" and it only lasts up to 5 minutes! the buyer said no refunds..but he had also said "there was no flaws and was perfectly functional" if he decided not to give me a refund..is it possible to sue? is there anything else i can do about this situation?

okayy, y'all know the song girl next door - by saving jane. Yeah, when I hear it I think of my crush's ex. I don't know if this counts as racism, but my friend doesn't really care or know about the difference between Orientals such as Koreans, Japanese, Chinese, etc. It's not that she disses the races but she doesn't get who is who and says "Japanese, Korean, whatever" or "Chinese, Korean, same difference." She also calls me a different race than I am and her family always asks me if I get my stuff from China when I buy my stuff here. I was born in the U.S. and the question really irritates me. I think her dad's the only normal one. She's not Oriental herself but she is Asian. (I don't really want to give anything away because it is probably rude, I don't know). How do I teach her about the differences? I am Oriental but I need some help. Thanks in advance!

How often should you change your pads?
I get my period heaviest the first two days.
Are tampons comfortable? I'm petite.. and I dance so I think using a pad would be uncomfortable while I'm dancing..

i change mine every 1-2 hours. usually it is heavier in the beginning. i guess it depends on the person. i never tried tampons, only because im a huge germophob & they freak me out. i heard at first they're really weird & uncomfortable, but you get used to them. to start, maybe try the tampon for activities & use the pad when you're at home & school er something. you definately can't swim with a pad. tampons would be good for swimming.

15/f I like this guy, and we have been talking for about 4 weeks now (he started talking to me first). All my friends think he likes me, but i am so confused by his signals! now i know i cant tell you every detail of all the hints and stuff but i can say there is a lot! he told me that hes been wanting to talk to me since last year and that he thinks im an awsome person. also we always do this game where we ask eachother random questions and he always asks me things as to find out what i like in guys and how i would act in a relationship. like hes asked me if i would like hanging out with my boyfriends friends or what i like in a guy. however this is the tricky part, my friend told him that i liked him, without my permission and online so he thought it was me, and he said cool thanks for being honest, then later on i asked how he felt, and he said he didnt know, that it took him awhile to figure out how he feels and that its not that he doesnt like me, hes just really indecisive and doesnt know yet. soo what do i do, we still talk everyday for hours and while i was away for some of spring break we stayed in touch, and he told me he missed me! soo i dont know how he can be confused or what is going on with him but i need HELP!!! please any advice on what to do, how to act, if i should ask if hes decided yet (cuz it was like 2 weeks ago when he found out i liked him), anything at all!!!! please guys advice too!

i think you guys should try building your friendship & try making it stronger. that way you guys can become closer & lead into being bf/gf er if not, you'll figure out your true feelings & still be good friends. juss keep talking to him & take it from there. maybe try hanging out more & going places 1-on-1 instead of maybe group dates. it'll be easier for you guys to talk that way.
