JustAsk answered Saturday April 29 2006, 1:17 am: Hey, lol cheerleading's awesome!!!! I think that just to be safe, you should stay off it for a few days. if you keep workin it i think it will b sore and stuff for the tryouts but then if you let it rest for just a couple of days then practice little bits at a time it will b ok. Also, ice it!! lol ice works!
x3livelaughlovex answered Saturday April 22 2006, 11:04 pm: Well if cheerleading is 2 weeks away i would take it easy..uk what i mean you dont wanna hurt it more and then not be able to try out so i would ice it and take it easy but if you feel okay to do it...go for it
xomegaroni answered Saturday April 22 2006, 8:07 pm: it depends on how it feels. i broke my thumb during basketball season, iced it when i got home and its still broken haha =) its fine though, i can do things but it still hurts a bit. i'd ice it as much as you could. it would probably be safter to at least get it checked out to make sure it isn't fractered & the doctor can tell you what to do. if it feels fine then you can try if you want.
