of course not. if he likes her, he should go for it. although, at that age, it may seem kind of weird, because 12 and 14 is a big gap when you're young like that. but there's nothing wrong with it, my boyfriend and i are two years apart. just make sure that the girl is ready for a relationship, she still might not be interested in boys yet. good luck!

Well my hair is pretty thin and I got a perm when I was in 6th grade but it never really grew out because I had wavy hair anyways. Well my hair falls out quite a bit when I shower and stuff and I was wondering if anyone knew any homemade hair stuff to use or salon stuff... Please any advice is great!

i have been writing songs for a while now. I only really actually wrote like 3 songs but its ok. What i need help on is i cant ever seem to make up my own rythmn. I would like the music from other songs and just fill in different words. I cant seem to "make" my own music. I tried to make up my own music but i just cant. Can someone please help!

i have this problem sometimes, too. what i do is pick out a day where i feel inspired, then i try not to listen to music that day. can you play any instruments? if so, try strumming/playing/whatever a few chords, and mix them around. write down what sounds good. don't forget your augmented and diminished chords (if you know them) as they can make your music more interesting. good luck!

The other day I was changing because I had just gotten out of the shower. My best friend (a guy) was coming over. I was just in my bra & underwear when he got to my house. My mom let him go to my room, because there hasn't been anything going on with us in the past, so she's not concerned. Well, he opened the door and saw me in just my undergarments. It's really not a big deal. but he's acting all weird about it like "hehehe i saw your underwear" and won't let it go. he didn't even apologize when he saw me he just like stared for a minute. SO how can I get him back to acting normal?!?!?! He is being such a jerk and won't cut it out.
If anybody has any advice as to get him to stop acting to stupid please, do tell!!!

chances are, he was probably embarrassed and, like most guys, he tried to pull a funny to lessen the tension. he obviously saw you, freaked out, and then tried to do anything to distract from the fact that he just saw a member of the opposite sex half naked. if you let it go or try to change the subject, chances are he'll be relieved that you aren't grossed out or anything and he'll drop it. if he keeps bringing it up, say something like "why are we still talking about this? you saw me in my underwear, big deal. can we move on?" he'll get the message eventually. good luck!

well, the one thing you DON'T want to do is go overboard. as in, don't dress too fancy, don't wear too much makeup, etc. it will look like you're trying to hard, and it could make your boyfriend uncomfortable. you said you'd like to wear a black skirt? try pairing it with a simple top, nothing to fancy or frilly. as for makeup, a bit of blush and mascara/eyeliner would do just fine. i don't know how long your hair is, but i'd say leave it long and possibly curl it if you really wanna go for it. guys tend to like the natural look best. remember, your boyfriend is going to love you no matter what. try to aim for a "subtle sexiness". good luck!

well, my best advice for you is pay attention to your PMS symptoms (if you have them). if your period is regular, try wearing a pad before you go to bed a week before you know your period is coming. don't use a tampon until you have a heavier flow. if your period isn't regular yet, try to pay attention to your body. are you getting cramps? do you feel sick to your stomach? are you grouchier than usual? are you breaking out around your t-zone? try to spot these signs and wear a pad before bed if you suspect "Aunt Flo" is coming to visit. good luck!

hi my name is jess im 13 and in kindergarden i had this boyfriend i know a little young but he was my first true love and right after that school year endeed he moved to the town next to me now im in 7th grade and i havent seen him in 8 yrs. Now i cheerlead for his football team and i still havent gotten a chance to see him cause no game have started yet but we all have the same practices like times and days and places but but different areas of the building. well, there's no guarantee he will remember you, but you can try bringing up a funny/happy memory of the two of you that you think he'll remember. this is of course, after you introduce yourself and spare him the mushy details. he might be embarrassed if you go too into detail about your previous relationship. just say something about how you used to be close years ago and you were wondering how he was doing. if he's as wonderful as you remember, he'll warm up to you in no time, and you can go on a "reunion get-together" if things go well. good luck!

i'm not a guy but i think i can help answer your question. most guys know how emotional and sensitive most girls are. that's normal, its what makes being a girl great. some guys however, take advantage of that fact to benefit for his own needs. if he knows you like him and he has you on a string, he could tell you the sky was green and you'd probably follow him. that's basically where the phrase "love is blinding" comes from. another reason is that guys know the wrath of a woman is mighty, and they might just lie to make you feel better. he's thinking, "do you really want me to tell you those pants make you look fat?" in the case of your guy friend, it seems as if he's telling you he loves you to win you over; to "blind you" so that if he does something wrong, you'll be too busy caring about him to notice. i suggest you try to screen him out with "mental shades" until you feel he's ready to tell the truth. good luck!

I went to a party thrown by my boyfriend's family and my boyfriend went to bed around 11:30 that night. Well, the rest of us were partying still at 2:30. His friend that I have known since we started dating was hanging out with me rather close. (just like we always do) Well, we ended up making out and had this touchy feely thing going on all night and the next day I told my boyfriend so he would not hear it from someone else. My boyfriend was not mad and just total accepted it. Well since then I am still thinking about what happened and I am looking for to seeing his friend again. But, I am wondering since alcohol was involved..was it just that or could it be more? Should we talk about it? I really love my boyfriend but I really like his friend. Help!! (link)

its interesting how understanding your boyfriend was...being the suspicious person i am, it sounds as if maybe he has secrets to hide too? most guys will NOT be that understanding once they find out you made out with their best friend. he possibly might have done the same thing and is almost relieved you made out with his friend, to alleviate the guilt. another possiblilty is that since you said the excitement has long since gone from your relationship, he possibly doesn't care that much anymore. if you really love him, sit down and talk to him. tell him how suprised you are that he was so understanding and ask him why he's not mad at all. talking about this to him could bring you two back to that "just asked out" feeling again. good luck!
