You probably have a heavy flow, and it's not something you can really "fix." But, to help save your shorts, try using a tampon and a pad with wings, and wear some old shorts / pants to bed. If you're afraid to use a tampon, use a really thick pad with wings and old shorts, and perhaps put an old towel on your bed, and make sure you pull the comforter off the bed and use old sheets.

You should always wear a pad before you go to bed. Even if you leak its okay.. I mean it happens to all of us but if you wear pads it wont happen as much. If you think it will happen again just wear some older pants or short to bed.

There's not much you can do, but try to wear pants/shorts that are old, and maybe wear a heavier pad. (unless you wear tampons, try to do the same.)

Well your period is somthing you cant control. One way you can control is to use tampons but you cant use them unless your in your 20's I think. But i suggest from my own expirience to where a pad when you go to bed and if you ever leak on your pants carry around an extra pare of pants and pad and maby panies.carry it around in your purse or bagbut where nobody can see them because you dont want anyone to see you got your period.Heres another solution:carry around abunch of pads in your purse and head to the bathroom everyonec awile so so u can change your pad and it wont leak through one pad and if you have another pad then u change and youll get a new start.Good luck!!!!!!!!

well, my best advice for you is pay attention to your PMS symptoms (if you have them). if your period is regular, try wearing a pad before you go to bed a week before you know your period is coming. don't use a tampon until you have a heavier flow. if your period isn't regular yet, try to pay attention to your body. are you getting cramps? do you feel sick to your stomach? are you grouchier than usual? are you breaking out around your t-zone? try to spot these signs and wear a pad before bed if you suspect "Aunt Flo" is coming to visit. good luck!

What you should do is wear pads for the night with wings and put some tight shorts to go to sleep and sleep by one side. That's what I do and if you feel uncomfortable try sleeping the other side and drink advil if you're feeling pain. I guarantee it'll work just follow what I told you. I certainly recommend that to all females with that problem.
