ADDiCT3DTOHiMx answered Tuesday June 27 2006, 12:58 pm: i had to deal with this too when i played basketball for school. if you have problems with it leaking where your pad ends, then look for the "overnight" pads. they are longer than the regular ones so it gives you more protection in more places. good luck=] [ ADDiCT3DTOHiMx's advice column | Ask ADDiCT3DTOHiMx A Question ]
JustAsk answered Saturday April 29 2006, 1:21 am: Hey, lol i have to deal with the same exact prblem so i know how you feel! I play basketball all year around, i never have a break so its really frustrating and embarassing, lol. I suggest that you wear a thick pad since you dont wear tampons, it may sound weird but trust me it works.
HardxcorePunkLover answered Thursday April 27 2006, 8:02 pm: Well. One thing is to wear "hipsters" or "boyshorts", kinds of underwear. They catch it, if you know what I mean. What I do is I wear one pad, then wear one that kind of goes up along the back so if you are ever in a position that would make you leak a certain way, the other pad will catch it. Hope I helped!

sizzlinmandolin answered Friday April 21 2006, 12:15 am: When I played basketball I hated that! Anyways, try pads with wings. Not that much is going to leak out and the wings should catch anything that does. Feeling confident that you're not going to have a leak, especially if you are running around in white shorts, is probably about 80% of the problem. Like I said before, the chance of a leak is actually pretty small. The wings should help solve the problem from both ends of the spectrum. If you already use pads with wings, try picking out larger pads, not necessarily thicker, but longer and wider. Good luck. :) [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
xomegaroni answered Thursday April 20 2006, 8:01 pm: change it often. maybe every hour er so er when you feel like you need to. there are bigger pads you can buy that are thicker & the pads with wings work best. you can also get them longer. as long as you wear good underwear & maybe shorts underneath you should be fine & it probably won't leak.
