his ex is Ms.America

Question Posted Sunday April 16 2006, 6:18 pm

okayy, y'all know the song girl next door - by saving jane. Yeah, when I hear it I think of my crush's ex. I really really like him, and I have been doing everything to impress him, and I felt I was doing a pretty good job, until I saw his ex! She's cool, smart and BEAUTIFUL, seriously..angelina jolie, britney spears, jennifer lopez..no one compares to this girl. And the worst thing is that her personlaity is awesome, so I can't even comfort myself with the "the inside matters more" talk. I dont know what to do, ALL THE PLASTIC SURGERY IN THE WORLD wouldnt make me as perfect as her. So I was just wondering..what can I do so I'll atleast be in the game? It's kind of hard to think he'd date me after dating her...you know? So what can I do to prove to him that I'm worth it. And please dont say "be yourself" because you havent met this girl, "myself" is NOTHING compared to her. Oh and did I forget to mention? They dated for over 2 years!! So that makes it hard enough..

What can I do? Can anyone suggest one of those "Get the guy-books" that you've read, and that WORKS, or atleast worked for you? Or any tips on how to seduce a guy?

THANK YOU ALOT ♥

Thank youu!

be you , maybe thats better than her, you may have a nicer personality share interests with him etc, just because his ex was "hot and nice" doesn't mean your not good enough

Nobody is flawless. We all have something that we could improve.

Since you don't want to here the "be yourself" answer eventhough that IS the answer. I will go into a bit more detail.

Show him that you are worth it with your personality. You don't have to be a beauty queen to get a guy to notice you. When you are around him be comfortable. The more you loosen up, most likely the more he will to. Impress him with your style. Meaning show him that you are like no other girl. Whatever that may be.
But whatever you do don't change yourself because he ex is "Ms.America".

well haven't you ever thought that they are ex's for a reason?? that's something you have over her. yes she might be pretty but they didn't work out so there's some flaw between them even if she broke up with him, they still broke up. you're definately in the game there. juss try being his friend first. usually guys date girls they are friends with. all you have to do is become friends with him, show you're interested by flirting er caring, & then eventually let him know how you feel. here's a website-
