Change them about every 4 hours or so, more often if you have a heavier flow. Yes, definitely wear them to bed, you still get your period at night. Carry as many as you're going to need. If you're going to be out all day, then you will need about 3 or 4 but if you are only going to be out for a few hours then one should be enough. You could keep them in your pocket or in a small holder in your pocket but it's best to carry a small shoulder bag or something around with you to hold them in.

When you put on eyeliner on your bottom eyelid,do you put it above or below your eyelashes? Also, what kind of eyeliner should i use? liquid or pencil? what brand?

You put it just above but really close to the lashes. Definitely use pencil, liquid is good for the top lid but it takes alot of practice to use well. I use Maybelline and I reccomend that, I haven't used any other brands so I can't suggest any others but Maybelline is good.

Eye contact is the key. Look up under your eye lashes, hold his gaze for 2 seconds then look away. When you're talking to him, lightly touch his arm when you're making a point. Look, by having an empty stomach it proves that you are not eating enough. Losing weight is not starving yourself. Eat the same amount as usual, just have healthier options. Instead of chocolate, have a fruit and nut bar or something. The only ways to make your stomach less loud is by eating.

I think I know how you can download MSN 6 again. Go to 'control panel' on your computer and click 'add or remove programs.' Scroll down until you get to MSN beta and click the button that says 'Change/remove.' After you have deleted MSN beta from your system, go to the MSN website and download MSN 6.2 again. It should work, I had the same problem and it worked for me.
