Eyeliner
When you put on eyeliner on your bottom eyelid,do you put it above or below your eyelashes? Also, what kind of eyeliner should i use? liquid or pencil? what brand?

i personally like putting it below your eyelashes because it makes them look darker and its rlly rlly pretty. i prefer pencil to liquid and as brand i get jordana easyliner at drug stores that are retactable! its only 2.50 and it's easy to put on.

I put eyeliner on the top and bottom....an i do it above my eyelashes...dont do it too dark...i use pencil and pretty much every pencil eyeliner workes good...hope i helped!

You put it just above but really close to the lashes. Definitely use pencil, liquid is good for the top lid but it takes alot of practice to use well. I use Maybelline and I reccomend that, I haven't used any other brands so I can't suggest any others but Maybelline is good.

You've gotten lots of answers, so I'll just tell you I think the pencil works better. Whenever I use liquid it runs and gets into my eye and my eye gets blurry and watery for ike 5 or 10 minutes. I'm not really sure what brand, and you can put it either above or below, I do above, like the 'inside' a lot of people do inside, but I know some people who do 'outside' too.

i put it on above my eyelashes..but some put it on below which i think it looks stupid.. but um i would use pencil if you put in on above your eye lashes but if you do it below probably liquid.. and um i use maybelle..hope i helped..~*DEZ*~ thuggirl041790

U should put it on above the eyelashes! and use pencil... liquid hurts if it gets in ur eyes! and for mee... idc wut kind of eyeliner..most of them look good! ~Aimee

Cover Girl, NYC and MAC are great. I put my eyeliner on above my eyelashes; if you want to put it below that's alright too. I'd use pencil, it's much easyer to use. Liquid tends to do a messy job and sometimes it gets in your eye.

I put my eyeliner above my eyelashes but you can apply it below your eyelashes; it doesn't matter. You should probably use pencil eyeliner because it's much easier to apply and to fix mistakes! MAC and Cover Girl have great eyeliners. Hope I helped :)

I put it on the bottom and I use pencil and there are allot of good brands but I use marykay it stays one all day until you wash it off just dont buy the really cheap kind at wal mart IT SUCKS

If your a brunette i would use brown pencil (if blond, black or charcoal but less of it)- it depends on the size of your eyes where to put it. Try them one at a time and then both on the outside and the in and you'll know what looks better. A good brand is Prestige. You can find it at any drug store and I remember it being cheap. It works well.
Also if it looks good with you, white eyeliner on the inside of your lashes makes your eyes stand out against the white of your eyes.

theres different styles i guess..i put it above the eyelashes and i use pencil not liquid..also, im not sure wat brand u would want to use but juss go to a store and look in the makeup aisle..if u styll have questions juss ask a friend that wears eyeliner or an older sister or your mom or anyone nd they should help you *hope i helped xOx risSii

Jordana( eyeliner works best the pencil kind. The best thing about Jordana, it's only a dollar!
I hold my eye open and put it above my eyelashes.

I definitely prefer pencil! You can use many types of brands (you can get them cheap at wal mart, target, or get expensive ones at the mall in christian dior, chanel etc)
I put them above AND below my eye, it gives a good look, but remember not to put too much or it'll seem like you got a black eye. =)

i put it on that little part above the eyelashes...use pencil liquid smears and gets in ur eyes and burns...try maybaline or cover girl...or nyc...ther all pretty good

As close as you can get to the eye so under. probably pencil.. idk thats what i use. no specific brand they all look the same lol xO ali
