it wont hurt your diet, but if you eat pizza tonite, you might remember how good it tastes and be tempted to eat it again. My advice? Better safe than sorry, but if you REALLY crave pizza, get a thin crust plain pizza or plain pizza with musrooms or broclli on it. It's a healthy pizza.

Nope, it shouldn't ruin your diet. You can eat what ever you want, just not a lot of it. Tomorrow, for the pizza you ate tonight, you could eat lighter and exercise. Hope I helped :)

It depends. Physically probably not a problem it's actually good to trick your metabolism once in a while, but...that's not really your question. Psychologically it could be really bad. You're doing a great job and I'd pat you on the back if I was there. It's not easy to be disciplined and lose weight and 18 pounds is a lot for anybody. Your doing so well, don't mess it up. Look if an alcoholic who's doing so well says hey I've got 6 months sober I'm going to kick back and have a beer to celibrate we'd think that was a bad idea. And it would probably mean that he'd feel more loosely about drinking again and his guard will go down. If you eat that pizza and you know how good it is going to taste then you're going to want it again and other things as well. You'll start to make allowances all over the place and put that weight back on again. Remember you did this with tough discipline so if you're going to eat pizza once in awhile it has to also be done with discipline. What I would do is make a contract with yourself. Set out the parameters under when you can splurge. I can eat pizza once a week or once a month or whatever fits. I can have one glass of soda a week. You could even make it a splurge day. Set it the beginning of the month so that you don't even have to ask yourself can I have pizza tonight, cause you can simply look at your contract and get the answer. It would be torture for me if I had to ask myself these kinds of questions over things that require discipline. Simply make something that you can keep too and that will keep you on this marvelous path you've set yourself on. You've done a great job and there's no reason why you can't keep going. Good luck with it. That's my advice.

Well no, if you are willing to stick to that diet than do that, but eating a pizza every now an then will not hurt. I am on a diet also and I work out and everything and I loose alot of weight. It will feel good to have pizza, just dont over do it on pizza or any fatty foods.

no, i know it won't hurt your diet. it would only hurt your diet if you stoped exersing and cuting back on sweets. so go ahead at eat some pizza just don't make it an every day thing.

No, it's fine to have a treat once in a while. As long as you don't start having pizza more than once a week then you will be fine. Also, congratulations on losing all that weight!!

I am surprized you would even ask. It seems to me you would know a thing or two about eating right if you managed to loose 18 pounds. That's great! Really you should be able to eat whatever you want, but do it in moderation. If you are going to eat pizza, then eat light the next day.
