i wana go on a diet and iv tried alot and im just going by my own rules so i just make it up as i go along. has n e 1 been on a diet and lost alot of wieght?
I have lost 15 pounds in a month in a half In the morning I eat a pack of oatmeal for lunch and for dinner I eat a healthy choice tv dinner meal or a smart choice one and I work out for 30 mins atleast 5 times a day. Just watch what you eat and excersise a lot. Good Luck!!

every time i try to burn my music onto a blank cd-r cd using windows media player, when i click copy it says "insert blank cd-r" and i DID insert a BLANK CD-R, and it IS in the right drive, but it still doesnt recognize it. why, and what can i do?
well first you put the cd in
then copy from cd
then copy cd or device
edit playlist
pick the songs
put in a blank cd
and hit copy at the top
if this doesn't work maybe you need some different cds or something
how do i get pictures on a digital camera on the computer...i know by a cord thing but where do i plug it in? thanks!
the cord plugs into a USB port its like a small rectangle socket either on the back or front of your computer. plug the end into the computer then turn your camera on and plug the other end of the cord where the USB sign is its like a little computer plug looking thing. Hope I helped.

If you go out with him and say you got into a fight or something and you break up, then you will possibly lose your friendship with each other. Talk to him about it and say what if we went out then broke up or something what would happen to our friendship? Then again maybe it would work out because they say that friends become the best of lovers. Just talk to him about it and I am sure that will help you both. Good luck!!
My eye makeup seems to get all greasy and crappy looking after a while. Is my face oily? What do I do to prevent this?
its normal but maybe you should try different makeup and maybe that will help. if not also use astringent you can get this anywhere such as wal mart where you get the acne stuff. It cleans the skin pores and crevices and it removes oil dirt and makeup that soap and water cant get. hope I helped.

First of all it's good that you didn't do everything like the other girls because that is just wrong, I mean giving your boyfriend's bestfriend head.. Talk to your boyfriend about it and see what he thinks and everything about it. Don't feel bad about it you didn't do anything wrong at all.

they say people can hear you even if they are in a coma. so just talk to him tell him everyone misses him and about how much you love him and you want him to wake up. dont say anything bad just think and say good thoughts. and pray pray pray that will always work so go and be with him! and dont leave his side!!

Hey everyone, I was wondering about warts. i have two bubbly-like things, one on my ankle, one on my knee. I'm mostly likely sure they're warts, I can't go to get them checked out. DOn't ask. But I but this thing, it was like 20+ dollars, like the most expensive wart remover thing there was on the shelf, it was supposed to freeze the wart off, but it hasn't been working. Anyone have any experinces with warts or know any information on how to get rid of them? Thanks in advance. I rate well. =)

how can i lose weight by watching what i eat and excersing but sometimes i have a hard time not eating what i usally eat and its not very healthy. so how can i mangage what i eat?
what I have been doing is eating healthy choice meals one for lunch and one for dinner. when I need to snack I get fruit and for breakfast I eat one pack of oatmeal. I do taebo or some kind of cardo atleast 4 times a week. In the past 2 months I have lost 15 pounds which doesnt seem like much but i've toned up a lot and have lost inches. nair has things for removing hair such as upper hair lip creme ive heard it works maybe give that a try. just dont ever shave it because it comes in thicker when you do and wazing would just be painful

well theres plenty of things you could do. one is you could write him a letter explaning about how you feel and everything and maybe even ask him what hes feeling. tell him about things being different and maybe you could work some things out. if you dont feel comfy writing a leter try a email call him or even get one of your friends to do it for you. just get everything out because it will really help you.if you need anymore help just let me know
