losing weight

how can i lose weight by watching what i eat and excersing but sometimes i have a hard time not eating what i usally eat and its not very healthy. so how can i mangage what i eat?

what I have been doing is eating healthy choice meals one for lunch and one for dinner. when I need to snack I get fruit and for breakfast I eat one pack of oatmeal. I do taebo or some kind of cardo atleast 4 times a week. In the past 2 months I have lost 15 pounds which doesnt seem like much but i've toned up a lot and have lost inches. Weight Watchers. Basically then you can eat SOME snacky foods.

You might not have to stop eating all junk food or anything, just try and cut back. Drink more water, and burn more calories, and that can help burn off any extra fat you can get from eating foods that are bad for you. Hope it works out!

To manage what you eat and to lose weight by watching what you eat and exercising, you can eat whatever you want, you just need to watch how much you eat it. Well, not whatever you want, just don't eat a bag of chips and McDonald's everyday. Just eat healthy like salads, fruits, vegetables, and stay away from foods that have a lot of carbs and calories. Start drinking water instead of soda. Your body will eventually get used to this but it may be hard for you, since you have a hard time. When you are done eating, just run or jog on a treadmill, run in place, jump rope, do crunches and sit ups, and other exercises. Go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) to find more.
