Drink more water, and burn more calories, and that can help burn off any extra fat you can get from eating foods that are bad for you. Hope it works out! Well, not whatever you want, just don't eat a bag of chips and McDonald's everyday. Just eat healthy like salads, fruits, vegetables, and stay away from foods that have a lot of carbs and calories. Start drinking water instead of soda. Your body will eventually get used to this but it may be hard for you, since you have a hard time. When you are done eating, just run or jog on a treadmill, run in place, jump rope, do crunches and sit ups, and other exercises. Go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) to find more.
