I was wonderin if you knew any software to download music for free cause we tried to pay for it before it was only supposed to be 2 dollars a month and they charged us 4,754 dollars so i wanted to know if there was a good free one besides kazaa and winmx

LimeWire (www.limewire.com) is the absolute best file-sharing program on the internet. It doesn't come bundled with any spyware (*cough* Kazaa) and has an AWESOME song selection. [ ChemicalDan's advice column | Ask ChemicalDan A Question ]

Asc answered Monday February 7 2005, 3:49 am: I have in the past used Kazaa, eDonkey, iSwipe, bittorrent, and Limewire, and I'm trying Ares right now. I, personally, recommend LimeWire for individual songs and BitTorrent for albums. Ares looks all right for popular files, but doesn't do so well finding rare ones.
