its finally hit me that i need to get in shape im not like super huge butim not skinny either husky i guess if thats even a word so whats a good way to start out to lose weight and gain muscles cant really go to a track to run cuz i have school and tons of homework so please wutever advice u can give me will help i rate thanks! you don't need to go to a track to run, just run around your neiborhood. If you don't have time to go to gym or something, then just always take the healthier choice like take the stairs instead of the escalator. And generally try to spend more time outside. Intead of doing something on the computer or watching TV

I want to be carefree, go to another country like japan, have a decent job, get a girlfriend, do whatever i want and never think of tomorrow or yesterday (while im still young). However, I want to be able support my parents so they can enjoy their life w/o breaking their back at work, because they went through so many and suffered so much to brought the family to US and had worked for the past 30yrs plus. So all there is in my head is "find some way or job that pay ALOT, so my parents doesn't have to work," but deep down in my heart, i felt that im being held back by my own self, from what i really want to do. I dont want to abandon my parent, but i also want to enjoy my youth (im 20 btw). Unfortunately, i decided to sacrafice my youth and try to find some way to get rich so i can support my parents..... I don't really have a question for u advisors, because i know what i have to do. I just want to hear ur advice in general,maybe there's miracle way to solve my problems......... (link)

uhh... aren't you grabbing for something out of your reach? i mean, there's a chance everything would work out like you want, but it's like O.OOO1%. Try to just stay alive for now, and then work your way up from there. YEAH.

I have the same problem. Put some honey, sugar and milk together and use it in the shower. Or you could do deep conditioning. Like, put conditoiner in your hair and leave it under a haircap for a 1/2 hour

hiya.
My mom is being really awkward. We have this guinea pig, and it's hers, but she refuses to look after him!! I have to feed him and groom him (he's a long hair) and cover him up at night and handle him and clean him out and everything. I don't mind doing this but I think she should take some responsibility for him!! If I try and speak to her about it she just shouts at me and says 'he's not your pet, why should you care?' and then moans at me if I leave any of it for her to do!! She is a stay-at-home mom and I'm 11 and the youngest child, we have a cleaner and a gardner and my big sis Allie cooks so it's not like she doesn't have time!! What do I do? (link)

leave her a note saying how you feel. It's not good that you're taking care of her pet, and it sounds like she just pushes you aside when you bring it up. it sounds silly, but your mom will pay more attention to written words. If that doesn't work, and you don't want to take care of it. Ask your mom if she wants to sell it.

If she's not comfortable with you being bi, then sit down and tell her there's nothing wrong with you, and you're just like you've always been. But if she wants to stop hanging with you just cause your bi, then is she really you're friend?

Ive tried several web pages to get this sorted so im giving you guys a go.
Everytime i try to load internet explorer i get an error message saying there are problems with an add on. Ive tried disabling the add on and a system restore but its not working. Im currently having to use a different browser but thats causing problems as some programs wont run this program as a default browser so i need my explorer back up and running

Ok well I'm in junior high but i still have no friends and the 1st semester is almost over!! Well, I have one friend, my best friend,a.k.a. my soul sista. I couldnt survive with out her!!! So the years half over and nobody wants to be my friend. I'm on the track team, I go to the basketball games and dances, and i'm in the school choir. So you would think I'd be miss. likable, righttt? WRONG!!!!!But nobody wants to be my friend. I'm not a dork and nothing is wrong with me....they just dont like me. I want to swich classes, but now that i think of it, no one in the other classes like me either. I want to swich schools, but i think it would be a hard transition leaving my best friend. ouch. that sucks. Try to be more outgoing but don't ask something personal if you don't know some one (ex. Does your bf really love you?) but don't feel pressured. For lots of people one best friend is enough. Also, if your best friends has alot of other friends, get to know them

It seems that I am somewhat different. By this I mean that I am quite mature for my age, and am very outgoing spontaneous person. I am somehow taken granted for by the people around me who I give advice to and listen to their problems. Who am I to turn to when my whole life is falling apart? Basically, what I am trying to say is; How come no one notices I am dying on the inside? Also, why do people blow me off when I am trying to help? Just please come up with something to somehow help...

Wow. that was deep. All I can say is... DON'T COMMIT SUICIDE. Trust me, my friend tried to and I was so scared. But about the whole no one notices you. Are you like, really, really nice? If you are, then people are going to think that you are problem free. Try to get them to realize that your happy outer shell is not what it seems

i love to swim, and i am pretty good at. ive swum (?) on a summer team for 3 years and did really well. but its hard to like get out of the water and walk away and stuff cuz im kinda fat and i feel so self conscieous. i have friends on the team so its not like i am alone. but ive offered to swim on a team called seaback (auditions only/best of the best) but i dont know any one there. i dont know if should say yes or no. if everyones cool with it, go ahead!If the people on your new team diss you, that's their problem for being so stuck up, who cares if you look fat?, if your a really good swimmer, than once you join the team who knows? you might drop a few pounds with the extra training

your 13? Then why are you worrying about boyfriends? And if your worried you haven't kissed a boy? RElAX, lots of peolple don't have boyfriends till their at least 16. That gives you 3 years to hook up with someone! And if you rush into a relationship with someone you dont really like then whats the point?

Chill out! You don't NEED a boyfiend, BFs are nice but you don't need one to make your life complete. Anyway, when i met my boyfriend the first thing I noticed was his smile, your BFs smile should warm you up so you feel all giddy, I also felt like my heart was doing flips, and also, just because a guys hot doesn't mean hes gonna be a good boyfriend

Lately my hair has been extremely dry. I don't know wether its that I straighten it everyday or that I wash my hair everyday. Are there any products that your suggest to make my hair not dry? (link)

try leave in conditioner. Or buy a really srtong conditioner and leave it in your hair for 30 minutes with a shower cap on. If that doesn't work, try to cut down on the straitening, it makes it worse
