Hair on arms.....
I know this sounds totally gross but since I'm from Sicily Italy and i have really dark brown hair. There is almost black hair on my arms and I dont like to wear t-shirts cuz it shows off my arms and im afraid someone might say something. What can I do?

whatever you do DONT shave your arms it will look like u shaved a beard on ur arms.. you should bleach them and then you will still have hair but it wont b noticable i hope i helped

There are a few different things that you can do.
Lots of girls shave there arms, but they have to shave really often because it gets picky. (It's just a myth that it will grow back thicker or darker.)
There are lots of products that you can buy over the counter like hair removers, bleach, or wax.
A friend of mine had the same problem. She used to shave her arms, until she broke her arm and was in a cast for a month. She had planned on shaving again as soon as she got the cast off, but her boyfriend said he thought her arms were sexy just the way they are. So she never shaved her arms again.

my friend has the same problem and she shaves her arms.. till theres like no hair there. i duno that seems a little awkward to shave your arms to me but if you want to and it would make you feel better then go for it!

ok thats the same with me but i just wear them and the might say you have really dark hair or something like that then i would say something like yeah i know its because im italian..

if you don't like the hair on your arms, why do you just shave it? but it's like pringles, once you start, you can't stop (or the hair wil come back darker and thicker) that was a bad simile, huh?

Hair growth is just painful in prolly ne direction you go. You could shave them but the hairs will grow back thicker than before and in half the time then wen it grows normal. You could get it waxed..which is really painful but better than shaving. Or you could use Nair or ne hair removal product at the store..it could work but could cause a rash. You could bleach or..go out in the sun or a tanning bed, put lemon juice on ur arms and see if it bleaches the hair (it has happened before)

some people say you can shave it off but i wouldnt do that because it would grow back thicker and darker but you could try bleaching it but whatever will make you feel more comfortable wearing t-shirts

i have the same exact problem!once this kid said to me... "you have hair on your arms like my dad" (but he was little) but it hurt soo much.. i'm only 13 but it depends on what age you are, but you can laser it off... thats what i am going to do when i get older... if not this person told me i can bleach it but i don't wanna do that. I think that you shouldn't be embarresed to wear t - shirts... it doesn't matter what others think... thats what i tell myself. sorry i can't be of that much help

well this advice may depend on yu.. but if yu really wanna get it away yu can shave yur arms some of my friiends do it n no one can really tell but i dont think yu shud care.. but its totally up to yu hOpe this help`sz xO

I also have dark hair on my arms but I don't let it bother me. Don't think about it, don't even let it bother you. It shouldn't matter to you what people think about you, you are who you are and you can't change that.

I know how you feel, my arms are hairy and I hate wearing t-shirts. You shouldn't shave it, because that would cause the hair to get thicker, and DARKER!!! I suggest bleaching it. Good luck!

Hey, don't worry, it's normal to have dark hair, especially nationalities that make people have dark hair. I have dark arms hairs too and I lighten them up by putting Sun In on them. Whatever you do, don't shave them or wax them because your hairs will grow back even darker and thicker. Hope I helped :)

shave.i shave my arms because i dont like hair.just make sure you put lotion on when you get out of the shower because you dont want razor burn.hope i helped.have anymore ?s just ask

I would suggest bleaching it. Dont shave! It will grow back darker and it will be a hassle to shave it everyday. PLEASE RATE! HOPE I HELPED!

wear a t-shirt who cares!!!?!?!?! i know alot of people who are in your situation and they are fine with it....i have the same situation but i wear short sleeves non-stop ....be proud of how you look....because no one has the authority to put you down you let them put you down

You have to learn to not care what people say! Be proud that your Italian..and dont be afraid to wear t shirts! We are all different..some has light hair..some dark..some are tall..some are short ..etc. If we were all the same life would be boring! Dont worry people wont say anything. I have dark hair and hairy arms too..but its just part of me and im ok with it. Whatever you do..dont shave them because it will grow back hairrier and darker than before!

you always could shave it off i know lots of people that shave their arms its no big deal cuz some people arnt comfortable with it also. hope it helped
