I'm Almedina. I'm foreign, and I'm pretty much ready to handle whatever life throws at me. Ha, pretty random that I go from being foreign to life,but anyways. I've had this column for about two yearsnow, and I don't update it as I should, or want to but with school and this crazy teenage life of mine, it gets pretty hard to do so. I've been giving advice to all my friends since I can remember and I love trying to help them. I'm out going and extrememly loud once you get to know me. I'm usually shy at first unless I've gotten to know you. I don't understand life sometimes. But I've got my whole life to figure out the meaning of it. I'm selfish at times, and stubborn. I care too much about things I shouldn't and not enough about the MOST important things in my life. I'm very annoyed with people at times, and tend to just block everyone out. I'm afraid to say I'm in love, but I'm not afraid of love itself. I'm myself and that's all I can be. I've gone through a lot, so I'm willing to help in whatever way I can (:

Heyy I just bought the LG Keybo 9100 today (March 22 2009) from Koodo. I got the 50 minutes & 50 texts. Does that mean it starts all over again on April 22nd or April 1st?

I have been dating this guy for a year and itis all going well about a month ago he dumped me and I a mixed raced and he said he cant get to serious with me as I am mixed racedand that confuses things for him to much and he is white I still have no idea what he meant by what he said unless I am just weird?

Basically he's not being true to himself or you. Because of the fact that you're mixed, he's unsure if he can be in a relationship with him. You're not at all weird, he's just acting childish. A race shouldn't be the reason people break up, therefore you shouldn't waste your time on someone who won't waste their time on you. Regardless of race, if it's meant to be it will. If he didn't have a problem with your race for a whole year and he suddenly does now.. it's something else. If I were you I'd talk to him because you deserve the truth.

I recently went to the doctor, because i've been feeling lightheaded non-stop for about a week now. The doctor said i'm probably getting the flu. They tested me for diabetes while I was there. They said that my blood pressure was at 80. My mom said that that's a low blood pressure. My oldest sister seems to think that I might have diabetes, because i've had increased thirst, frequent urination, I don't feel as lightheaded if I drink juice, my appetite has decreased, and all that stuff. I'm not too sure about any of it. Anyway my question is what's a normal blood pressure range for someone with diabetes? I'm 15 by the way if that helps at all.

That site might help you, but if not just search the internet or ask your doctor because many different people "fit" the description of a low blood pressure but it's not.

But for the diabetes, you might want to find out soon what the test results are. I have diabetes, and those are the same symptoms I had before I got diagnosed.

Yeah it's pretty normal, most girls have this. If you notice any changes, or if it starts to hurt,itch,etc. talk to your doctor about it.

In the past week, ive made myself throw up twice.
Does this make me bulimic?
Because since ive done it, after most meals i feel the need to, but so far ive resisted.

If you binge and then make yourself throw up, it's classified as bulimia. It seems that you've started to have the urge to need to throw up in order not to feel guilty about eating before. See if this keeps up, the eating and then feeling the need to throw up, if so then it could very easily lead to serious illnesses such as bulimia.

Hey there! Well, whoever watches OTH, you all know who bethany joy galeotti is, ya know, hayley. Well, in the current season, season 5, I really like her hair. Like the cut. I the only good one I can find from this season, when her hair is down, is when she is sitting in a chair with a cute blueish tank top on. But it's not a really good pic cause it's kinda dark. Hey! So my boyfriend and I have only been going out for a few weeks, and we love to spend time together. Everything's going great, but the only problem is that we don't always know what to do/where to go for fun little dates on Saturday nights and stuff.. any suggestions? (Besides for the usual movie/dinner/bowling)?

You could make a list together of all the places you'd want to visit that are somewhat close. For example, you could go visit like a fun museum, sounds kind of lame but it can be a lot of fun. Where I live there's a city museum where it's a play ground almost with so many different things that can be done. You could go downtown and visit just different places, and restaurants that you've never heard of. You could also do the usual stay at homem cuddle with a cute movie (: This should keep you busy for a while, and then you can always just mix it up. One weekend something new, another something original.

Def. confront him because if he's talking to his ex girlfriend, he's not being true & fair to you. If he denies talking to her, trust him. But if your suspicion starts to rise again, ask him about it once again. Again if nothing, you're going to have to go with your gut on this one, babe.

Try going to Charlotte Rousse, or any other place where they carry flats and under the search bar, type in "Hampton Flats." Something should pop up, and if nothing then just keep looking at varied stores, I'm sure they'll turn up again. Also you could try asking Forever when they might be getting some again.

Just try to relax. If people ask you about it, be honest. Tell them it was a mistake, it's not like you meant for anyone to see it because after all it is your personal option to do whatever. It'll blow over soon, and people will soon forget and even if they don't it's not like NO ONE has ever done this before. And if you're worried about your parents finding out, I suggest you tell them yourself instead of them hearing about it. But just blow it off, be honest, and don't be ashamed of one little thing that you've done.
