how is a good, healthy, and quick way to lose weight?...like 20 pounds or so? (not atkins)(or Jenny Craig)

there is no quick and healthy way to lose weight you fat lazy mole.. just work hard and itll go..

although..

there is one really quick way to do it.. its called the knife and bleeding arm technique.. its really simple.. first you grab a knife.. then you slash your wrist.. in a matter of days.. you would have lost 20lbs and more :P

Quick is a relative term. You need to burn 500 more calories than you eat every single day to loose a pound a week. It's not recommended that someone loose more than 2 pounds a week unless they have medical supervision and are extremely overweight. So to loose 20 pounds safely, it will take at least 10 weeks - or two and a half months.

Most people find that a pound a week is a goal that they can do without feeling deprived or exercised to death. It will take 20 weeks, or 5 months, to loose 20 pounds that way. You can loose a pound a week either by eating 500 calories less, or by exercising 500 more calories away. Usually trying a bit of both is a good idea.

If you want suggestions for how to cut 500 calories a day, and/or how to burn 500 calories a day, let me know. It will basically boil down to eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and exercising about an hour a day.

There is no quick way to lose weight. It takes time. You probably have heard this a lot but it is true. You just need to start eating healthy and exercising more. Try going on the South Beach Diet. There is a book on it and it explains everything. Hope I helped :)

the usual eating healthy and excercizing when you have time, instead of watching tv just jog or if you have to watch a tv programt then do crunches during t or on comercials

I know you've heard it a million times before. But thee is no quick way to lose weight. Especially that much. Be best way is to play by the rules...Eating healthy, exercising, not skipping breakfast..you know the usual stuff. Check out this website! www.fitteen.com
