Try stretching every night. You should be able to go a little further every day. If not, try stretching more.

okay so me and my friends were going to go see star wars yesterday... please don't comment on star wars that isn't what my question's about... okay, so we didn't invite our other friends because they didn't want to see it, and we were meeting some guys there and one of my friends thought that they would make us look bad. No! Something like that won't pass. Call child protective services, or 9-1-1 even. You aren't in a safe enviornment if you say they neglect you, and there are foster homes in your area that you can be sent to. Before you call anyone, talk to your mom and tell her you will call the police for child neglect unless she takes you in for help.

i don't think you should let nikki tell him. if he's already going out with some1, then telling him that you like him might mess up their relationship somehow. don't worry, if you move on, then you'll find some1 even better that really really likes you

wow! you're acting like calling your dad an idiot is like cursing him out or something. It's just a name, I say worse things to my mom. So, don't worry about it. He'll get over it, just watch what you say next time. Find a more constructive way to take your anger out on. Like writing an angry letter to the person that annoyed you, then shredding it up, it makes you feel way better. Trust me, I used that approach so many times. But if it's really bothering you, then just tell him that he was making you angry, and it just slipped out, & you will be careful not to do it again. alright?

okay heres the story. my best friend cut really bad at the end of 7th grade(were in 8th now) and over that summer. the school, both friends and the administration, was aware but she never really got any kind of help. seh always carved peoples names who had hurt her or someone who was really important to her. okay this has to coem out to. shes bi so these people are girls. one was a best friend who stopped being friends with her another was a girlfriend and one is an x girlfriend. okay sorry that was kind of irrelevent. but anyway she got a lot better after this girl broke her heart. (i know you would think she would get worse) anyway she only cut maybe three times the whole school year. i stopped really worrying about it. but then in the past week she did it really bad. only me and this other girl who cuts too knows about it. before i always could see how unhappy my best friend was but this time i couldnt really understand. nothing really drastic happened and she seemed to be doing a lot better in recent months. okay heres my dilema. she siad not to tell anyone and if i did she would know it was me and not talk to me again or at least be extremely pissed. and i know shes not lying no matter how much i mean to her. now i want to get her help but i dont know how. i dont know if she can be helped with the additude she has now.

have you asked your friend if she wants any help? i know it could be embarrassing, but if she tells someone like a doctor or something it would be extremely helpful. i would talk to your friend and tell her that you're very worried about her, and tell her your point of view. my best friend used to cut too, and i've got her help in the past. so my best advice is to talk to her from your point of view.

Okay, there's this girl who is supposed to be my friend. Well, let's say she doesn't act like it. She calls me "idiot", "fool", and a bunch of other names. She's also (according to the guy I used to like) asked the guy I liked out, and I trust the guy I liked because I've known him for a while. She knew that I liked him. She also tries to make me look stupid and bad, because we're on the same sports team, and she'll throw the ball in a weird way and I can't catch it, then she'll say "What an idiot!" or something like that. hey. this same thing happened to me! she seems like the "all i care about is me" type of girl. you need 2 sit her down and tell her how you feel and if she still wanna act like a snob than stop talking and hanging out with her. if she asks you a question keep the answer short and simple then walk away. if she asks what is your deal and why are you mad at her tell her that your proble is her and you tried to tell her but she didnt listen. eventually she will get the message but if she doesnt well so you lose a friend, im sure you have many more!:-)

well it could be an allergic reaction to the stuff, but it's doubtful. it could be a UTI which would mean you'd have to lay off the sex and take the pills the doctor perscribes. it could also be the makings of a yeast infection if the location where sex is had or your vagina itself aren't sanitary. nonetheless go to a doctor and check it out.
