Technically it's never safe to have sex.
A condom (if it doesn't break) will keep you safe against STD's, but NOTHIN keeps you 100% safe agains pregnancy.
Just make sure the guy has 1 condom on, and be on birth control.
The more methods you use, the better off you'll be. But NOTHING in life is 100% all the time.

It's not really safe to have sex at any point because there is always a chance, be it a slight chance or a huge chance, there is <b>always</b> a chance you can get pregnant. According to alot of research, many women are least fertile (least likely to get pregnant) a few days after their last period. Always use a condom though. No matter what.
