i would go to your local gym and use their equipment, there might even be someone there to help you and show you haw to do it properly, if not i used to know people who used to use their beds... but im not so sure about that lol

I'm re-doing my entire room & I've been looking for new beddings but I can't find anything. I want to try to find a bedding that has some red in it because red is my favorite color. ok, well i really have liked this guy for 2 years, i think i love him. he knew, he hated me for it. lots of horrible stuff happened. now i'm going to a different school next year & i'm almost over him, which is good. i met a guy at this school who i really like [through the drama camp], & i really want him to know how i feel about him & how i can't stop thinking about him, but i don't want to tell him i like him, because he barely knows me. i don't want any of my friends to do it for me because i don't want to cause any tention between us. all the guys i've ever had feelings for have hated me in return & i don't want this to happen again. someone please give me some advice. i'll rate you for it if you want. ok there is this boy that me and my friend rachel have been good firends with for a bout a year. For a while we both liked him a LOT. But we kind of recked things and we just want to be friends. Yes you can ask him out, otherwise you'll never know if you could have had a chance with him. I went to a party thrown by my boyfriend's family and my boyfriend went to bed around 11:30 that night. Well, the rest of us were partying still at 2:30. His friend that I have known since we started dating was hanging out with me rather close. (just like we always do) Well, we ended up making out and had this touchy feely thing going on all night and the next day I told my boyfriend so he would not hear it from someone else. My boyfriend was not mad and just total accepted it. Well since then I am still thinking about what happened and I am looking for to seeing his friend again. But, I am wondering since alcohol was involved..was it just that or could it be more? Should we talk about it? I really love my boyfriend but I really like his friend. Help!! (link)

no, it shouldnt hurt, well for your first time, it might a little, but Playtext* is a great starters brand. its what i used. and its suggested. it should not hurt, or you are putting it in a wrong position. try sitting in a comfortable postion, or is you have a mom, and you are really outgoing, you can ask her how to do it.
I would keep my mind off having a tampon on, but remember
wear it 7-8 hours or you cna get TSS (toxic shock syndrum) but its really rare. and find out how many grams (reqular 6-9, super 9-12, Super + 12-15) for a starter id use regular then in you think you need a better one, try the next, GET A DEORDENT// SCENTED ONE!

drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary foods, make sure you get the right amount of sleep, you can also you a daily facial scrub on your face to keep the spots at bay. try not to touch your face to much because there is a lot of dirt and germs on your hands and fingers that will bring out your face in spots. hope i helped

my best friends name is cara and we`ve been friends since 7th grade we are in 10th now. my boyfriends name is scott. we all went to the mall when they met and she was flirtin with him and stuff. when my dad picked us up to drive her home and scott was coming back to my house, cara was putting her hand on the seat kinda near his hand and scott told me he thought she was trying to hold his hand. whenever im with her she always tells em how happy she is that im happy and with a ncie boy that loves me and i care about. she was tellin me to have scott to her house along with our other friends brittney, and tim. caras "crush" was supposed to go but he didnt end up coming. last night we were all sitting outback of her house and had a fire and when i got up from the picnic table i guess she tried to kiss scott?! and he thought it was me and he almost did then he was like what the hell are you doing? and she was like i had to tell u sumthin but now i forget.. the whole time we were sort of drinking but cara seriously did not drink alot, there is a big difference between a little buzz and being trashed. its so annoying and she flirts with him so much and i just hated how she hugged him when we were leaving.. what can i say??? thankss (link)

i think that you just need to talk to her and tell her to back off because scott isnt interested in her. either that or just mention that she is getting sligtly to friendly with him and you think that it would be better if she stopped it. if it doesnt work comming from you then i think that scott should say something. this may get through to her quicker because it is comming from him and not you. hope i helped

I have a problem. With my jansport backpack, I have 7 folders and notebooks, and I cant seem to fit all of them. The backpack is pretty good sized, but I mean, I can only fit my binder (medium sized),7 folders, and like, 3 100 pg notebooks. What should I do? I mean, dont just tell me to try to fit everything in there and then try to zip it. Believe me, I tried that. So..what should I do? Is there anything I can do?? (link)
