Question Posted Monday August 8 2005, 2:09 pm

How do you get your skin to look really healthy? I want mine to look like it's glowing and no acne and stuff. Is there anything I can eat or do?

More fruits, more veggies, less sugar, salt, and greasy foods.

Eating healthy affects more than your body, it also affects acne and the "glow" of your face.

Get a great face wash -- I use St. Ive's Apricot Scrub (you can get it for about $3 at any grocery store). Also drink lots of water. It hydrates your skin and helps give you that 'glowing' look.
♥ Hope I helped.

drink plenty of water and stay away from sugary foods, make sure you get the right amount of sleep, you can also you a daily facial scrub on your face to keep the spots at bay. try not to touch your face to much because there is a lot of dirt and germs on your hands and fingers that will bring out your face in spots. hope i helped

Karen answered Monday August 8 2005, 3:18 pm:
Drinking water and eating healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables will help nourish your skin to make it healthy. If you have a little bit of acne, Neutrogena has an acne face and body wash that you can use and that will help get rid of that.

eat healthy food like fruits and vegitables. and other foods that have protine. Also, for the acne a quick shower a day helps. But not hot, warm water works better.
