I am wondering what some good mood songs are? I'm not a real artsy, deep and into the moment kind of person, but when I'm calm or sad I like listening to soft music. Different languages are good too. What are some perferable and relaxing songs (like Dido and Enya etc.)?

Okay so I have a boyfriend of almost 11 monthes now. Problem is his mom and I do not get along exspecially after last night!

So I seen she IMed me while I was with my boyfriend ((her son)). She said hey or w/e so I IMed her back sayin hey an I had a question so I asked her why did she let his ex gf stay the night knowing I don't like her. She told me that since chad was at work she thought it was fine plus her house is open to any one she care's about or w/e. So I got all upset you know cause' that make's me mad an basically told her you know that it's not right an supposively his mom already told him that one of his ex's misses him right? SO why would his mom tell him this if she knew he has a gf, an like that make's me wonder what the hell did she tell the girl after she said that, an it's seems kinda obvious she doesn't like me an she is tryin to get chad to go mess with other girl's or somethin ya know.

Okay now after all this me askin her about the girl stayin the night I told her how I felt an shit an then she tells me like I supposively hungout with my ex bf? Im like wtf I didn't hangout with my ex bf. And then she like went an looked at my ex bf's myspace an seen shit I posted to him in the past like cause we were tryin to make this girl jealous an his mom went on a rampage about it all telling me she would tell my bf an shit so I was like w/e go ahead do what you do.

Now like really, I honestly don't know what to do about her like he can't move out because like his mom will make him pay insurance an since he is gonna start going back to school he wouldn't be able to afford it.

So what should I do in my situation if he asks me to come hangout with his family, do I talk to everyone in cept her.

And am I in the wrong for being upset of his EX gf being there ya know. And like I know I could of handled stuff little better but I asked her a question an she was all a bitch about it an then brought up somethin that I told my ex in the PAST an shit.

Like Honestly she isnt my mother so she has no right snoopin in my buisness. PLUS if chad thought anything dont you think he would of went online an snooped himself, plus it was something said in the fucking past.

OK WOW. you can't really do anything about it. it's her house and you can't tell her who can be over. personally i think you are overeacting. you should trust your bf enough that he wont do anything with his ex. yeah, his mom is being a bitch and whatnot. what i would do is be really nice to her... yeah, make her eat her own shit. be the mature one and put it behind you. i'm not saying take crap from her but just don't fight about it... you cannot win so tough it out until she either warms up to you or is out of your life.

i love my mom but she needs to give me privacy. i'm always paranoid about will she read this, will she read that? i've told her a million times to stop. she says she will. but, never stops. can you give me some advice?

well if you share a computer, get a password for your account. i have yahoo email... its easy to make an account on there so what i do is if i want to save a conversation on aim, i copy it on there and save it as a draft. that or make a private xanga. if you have a diary, make up a language or write hints but no names or incriminating info if you can't hide it well enough. if you get notes from people, type them up and save them somewhere safe or save them in a box that she wont find. goodluck!

Me and my boyfriend have been deeply in love for a year. All we've ever made it to is 2nd base. Yesterday I was talking to him and he asked if I was a virgin,I said I was and he did too. He then proceded to tell me that even if our relationship didn't work out in the long run he'd like to lose it to me. I had been thinking this for months. next year im going to high school. the seniors initiate all of the freshmen. has anyone been initiated before? what did they do to you? please help. im scared to go to high school.

that's usually for sports... they made my friend drink some crazy drink (like ketchup and stuff mixed in it..) for lacross. we had to sing the senior song or whatever while they laughed at us, it wasnt bad.

Ok I always wondered if store clerks we allowed to go through costomers' purses & bags.I live in Missouri & I wonder if that`s the law or something. I heard that if the clerks do go through someones bag & they find nothing that was stolen they/the store can be sued.

well in Ohio, they can take your bags/purses from you. (i got this from some girls that shoplift...) so they hide things they steal in their pants/sleeves. I'm not really sure what they can do.

Hey I am going to be a freshman and I just want to know like the basics of like what goes on, how hard the work is, how to make new friends, what to stay away from, etc. lol. Also like how can I make a good impression on the first day of school, and like yeah. Basically anything you can think of. Thanks! :]

For most, the work isn't terrible but it might be a lot depending on your gradeschool.
Just talk to people... the shy girls don't make many friends. get people's screenames and chat it up.
just be friendly, try to smile, stuff like that.
just have fun & choose friends wisely. don't expect the people you meet on the first day/week to be your close friends all year...some people do that but most don't.

I have for some time tried to come up with a way that would be more effective in helping out kids (Middle school/High school age) seek help for things like depression or suicidal tendencies. I know that as of now, the said teenager would have to usually either tell a parent, or tell a school counselor. Having been in that situation myself, I know that it is very hard to do either.

Although I'm young, I've considered this a serious thing to devote my time to, either now, or when I'm older.

Are there any ways that any body can think of that would make help more accessible for teens? Anything you wish could have been done to help you if you were ever in that state of mind?

a few suggestions would be:
*promise to not tell the parents (like counselors, etc)
*have a website with some info and an email address to someone who cares that they can talk to.
*have a site like this devoted to those types of questions/situations.
*just having someone to talk to online that they know wont tell anyone would work.

alright well today for the first time i tried to put a tampon in it was a regular size and once i put it in it started to hurt like a hurt hurt not jsut a weird feeling well i figured it was in wrong after a while of it hurting (i thought it was because i needed to get used to it) but once i tried to take it out it hurt...and like a very painful hurt i dont know what to do i dont have a mom so i dont have anyone to talk to besides myh friends and they said that the pains im feeling are not normal. it still hurts and ive had it out a while

yeah taking it out... it's normal to be in pain. sometimes its because it's not used enough (if it's dry it'll definatly hurt). also relax your muscles when you take it out and pull it kinda forward towards your front side. that should help a little..

Hey my best friend gabby just turned 16 and iam 17 and on her b-day both her parents let her drink a half bottle of beer and ever since then she's been saying how cool it is and iam sick of it how can I get her to stop drinking?Iam really worried.

hey, don't be worried. it's normal for someone to feel "cool" after drinking the first time. she's not technically drinking... a half bottle of beer is, excuse me, not enough to get anyone near drunk. if it's her parents, they know that they have to control it and all that so don't be concerned unless she starts going to parties and drinking more that 3 beers there. if you need anything else, let me know!

do you have to sing the whole song or just the majority? when i had to do this for a contest i did "angels" by jessica simpson. also look into kelly clarkson songs from the "thankful" album. i'm pretty sure there are some short ones.

at a private highschool, what are the tryouts usually like? what do you do, and do you need to come up with your own cheer, and do you have to have experience and have to know certain things? please answer in detail, and thanks in advance!!

that depends... one that i know of, you have to practice in the summer and go to camp with the squad and know a whole routine and make up your own cheer. others just want someone that kinda knows what they are doing. ask someone who is on the squad at the school you want to try out for.
