i have a sweat band, like a white one its my friends and i want to know how to wash it like without ruining it

Just put it in the washing machine. A cool wash will do the trick. (a hot one may shrink it, depending on what it's made out of).
Then just leave it to dry naturally. Don't scrub it - it can ruin the fibres (again, depending what it's made out of).

Okay so im 16 female and im having friend problems. Im friends with these 2 girls and im closer with one of them, and they are best friends. Well they were in a fight and i thought being a good friend i would side with both of them so when one talked about the other i would agree and when the other talked about the other i would agree as well; which was obv. a mistake and a regret. Well now they are friends again and they called me yelling at me for lying and sending the other person things like they are a bitch or whatever. So they both just called me blaming me for everything under the sun and i said its all my fault and i apoligized and said im happy they are still friends and we ended aggrivated with eachother one more than the other but not extremely mad. They said they cant trust me and im know for being a trustworthy friend. I dont no what to do ... should i be friends with them... how do i approach them im having a party for my birthday next weekend and they are both invited and now im scared

I understand how frustrated you must be feeling. You were only trying to be a good friend and please them both. Although you didn't exactly go the right way about it (which you now know), your intentions were still good.
It's hard being stuck in the middle, isn't it?
If I were in your position right now, I'd write them both a letter ( or email etc) apologizing and explaining your reasons for doing what you did. Explain you didn't want to lose either of them as a friend so you thought it would just be best if you agreed.
Make it clear it will never happen again because you value their friendship and say you still want them to go to your party, to make amends.
Within time, things should go back to normal, if they were your true friends, anyway. People do make mistakes and this is a common one people make within friendship groups.
Don't be scared. Just try to patch things up with them. On the other hand, if they aren't having any of it and don't accept what you have to say, only then should you think about moving on.

Don't start fretting because it's 2 days late.
If you're sexually active, there's a chance you could be pregnant if you didn't use protection..
If not, then you're just a bit late. Periods can take a few years to properly regulate.
Wait a week or so, then if you need to, take a test.

I know you must be very upset, but crying isn't going to help things, so try to be strong and get your head together.
Don't you have other family besides your grandparents who wouldn't mind you staying for a few days? What about friends?
Since your mum got fired, I suppose cash is running low? Is there any left over for a few days at a cheap bed and breakfast/hotel/etc?
If it's possible, you/your mum could try to negotiate with her ex boyfriend or grandparents to let you stay that little bit longer (if you haven't already).
Help your mum look for any job for the time being. If you could get one, that would help so much, too.
This is going to be a tough time, but it won't be permanent. Don't forget, if all else fails and you can't find anywhere to stay, there must be a refuge near by. They will help you out a lot.

It works both ways.
Don't just wait for him to do it all, because it can be rather daunting for him.
Next time he finds a way to touch your hand, why don't you be the one to keep hold of it?
Copy what he does. You should find ways to touch his hands etc, too. It'll show him you're comfortable with what he's doing and might spur him to do it more and not be so nervous about actually holding your hand.

No, thinning it out will just do exactly what is says (make it thinner).
It will be easier to manage, though.
I have curly, thick hair and get it thinned out to stop it becoming so bushy and heavy.

Okay I'm 15 years old. I've had my period since I was 13. It has ALWAYS been regular, I would get it every month around the 17th. But this past March I stopped getting my period. I AM NOT SEXUALLY ACTIVE at all. Im a little concerned because I saw on Tyra last night that this girl stopped getting her period for a couple monthes & it turned out she had a brain tumor? There are other factors for not getting your period, besides brain tumours!
Are you stressed? Have you changed your diet in any way? Lost/gained weight? Changed your exercise regime?
It's common for periods to be irregular or stop sometimes within the first few years of having it.
Make an appointment with your doc and explain your situation.
It will put your mind at ease and help pinpoint exactly why yours has changed.

i refuse to go tanning in a sun bed because i don't want skin cancer but i'm embarressed to go outside and tan because i'm really pale so i've been trying tan in a bottle stuff. All of the stuff i've tried has glitter or sparkly stuff in it. Has anyone used a non-scented, not glittery tanning product that seemed to work? if so can you please tell me what its called/where to get it?

You can get sprays which gradually turn into a tan after say 1/2 weeks of using them. They don't look glittery and you can get good smelling ones or ones that don't smell at all. I know Garnier does different ones.
Next time you're out, take a look at what's there and ask to test them on a piece of card or something so you can smell it.
Another option is going for a spray tan. They don't cost much and you can be sure you get full coverage because it's professionally done. :)

it seems like whenever i chew sugarless gum, i get really bad gas, and sometimes even diarrhea (gross, i know). i usually chew two pieces at a time if it's not in stick form, and i get a new piece more often that other people. am i allergic/intolerant of something in the gum? should i see a doctor about it or something?

On some sugar free products, it does state that an ingredient (mostly Phenylalanine) can cause "laxative effects" for some people.
It could be that you're eating too much. Chew one at a time and don't eat as much through out the day and see if it helps.
If you're cutting back and you're still having the same problem then yes, you could indeed be allergic to something in it, so stop and ask your doc if it's a cause for concern.

Im getting my hair cut kinda short, and I want to straighten it more. What products can i use to help save my hair from this damage?

I use a conditioner (and sometimes shampoo) which is specifically for hair that needs protection against heat. Look out for them, there's many out there. If for some reason you can't find them, just make sure you use a good conditioner for dry/damaged hair (even if your hair isn't dry or damaged!)
Before I blow dry or straighten my hair, I then add on a heat protection spray.
All of the above I've mentioned that I, personally use are by Lee Stafford. If you don't have them in your area, don't worry about it - they all do the job. Next time you go shopping, look out for some that are in your price range :)
Remember, if you straighten it every day (like I have to do), it won't stop it becoming damaged 100%. So every few months, make sure you get the ends cut - as they're the main areas that are affected through heat.

Well, to be honest, there's only 2 things you can do.
1. Give up on him without telling him how you feel.
2. Funnily enough... Tell him how you feel.
If I were in your shoes, I'd push myself and let my feelings be known.. Yes, so he might reject you - but at least that way, you know where you stand and it will be clear whether you should move on.
Why don't you try to hang out with him alone, or make the effort to talk to him without any one else being there (call, txt).

If that happened to me, I'd be embarrassed too. You basically ridiculed him in front of the class, so he had a good reason to be pretty annoyed with you.
Not everyone shares the same views on these things - some might be cool about it and not really care, but it can certainly knock other peoples confidence.
Just apologize and say you didn't mean for him to feel that way. After a bit of time, he will forget about it and hopefully carry on as normal with you.

Noooooo, don't worry! I live in England too and there isn't an age limit to buy them.
You do realize that with any form of birth control, there's still that small risk you could become pregnant.. so if it's worrying you too much for the time being, are you sure you're really ready for sex?
Anyway, if you use the condoms correctly, you should be fine. Practice putting them on properly and follow the instructions. Just say you did have an accident and it broke somehow, you could get the morning after pill, which is effective for up to 72 hours afterwards (you don't have to get it from the doctors. Boots/chemists provide it).

It's not "whoreish"... just very selfish.

Nothing. You should never pierce yourself unless you know what you're doing - which you don't. You must have the correct equipment (hollow needle) that has been properly sterilized (you can purchase these). Also, you must have correct jewelry for the piercing which is the right size for you.
The risk of infections is alot greater, too.
It's risky business and you can easily fail at doing it yourself. Then you'll be left with scar tissue which will be tougher to pierce professionally afterwards.
See, it's not really worth it is it...

Research. Show her you know what you're doing, by looking at after care, risks, browse through pictures etc.
