Okay, I believe your friend may have a problem. That's really not healthy - she should get checked out by a doctor. If she really CAN'T more than like once or twcie a month, she should be taking a light laxitive, like Milk of Magnesia tablets, or something every night. If it's by choice, then she has another kind of problem that I don't think you can help her with.

If you're worried about your relationship, tell him about it.
I always tell my boyfriend that we need to have an honest relationship and he needs to tell me if anything's bothering him, even if it's something little.
I think everyone should communicate more than they do. Ask him what's going on in his head. Does he love you? Does he just not like to talk on the phone? That could be the case. I mean, I hate to talk on the phone, but I talk anyway.
Just find out what's going through his head, and this might clear itself up. ^_^

Voice lessons are KEY.
I had an okay voice when I was little, but I needed training. Now that I've been taking voice lessons since eighth grade, I have the power behind my voice to sing real opera, and I got picked as one of the top 11 singers in the state.
The way to improve your voice is to improve your technique, and the only way to do that is to train with someone who has the technique down pat already. Take it from me - it's fun. ^_^

You don't have to worry about not having kissed someone yet. You're young! I know someone who's 21 and just got her first boyfriend.
It's normal to be nervous about first kisses, but you need a guy to kiss first! ^_^
However, you don't really NEED to be nervous. Kissing comes kind of naturally. It's doubtful that you'll suck at it.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with shutting down for a few days. It's obviously non "social" if you're gonna be by yourself, but it's not abnormal by any means.
Get those big headphones that are, like, soundproof, and just meditate for awhile. That helps literally shut everything out.
Try a stream-of-consciousness session. Grab a pen and a piece of paper and write for ten minutes straight, whatever pops into your head.
It helps clear your mind. I use that a lot.

Your period will be weird for awhile in the beginning. Mine was weird for four years, lol. It's probably just irregular.
If you mean you have just a few spots, it's called...spotting, lol. It's normal for your period to be light when you're just starting.

Different girls look for different qualities in guys.
I, for instance, was looking for a genuine, sweet, sensitive, artistic, funny and understanding guy. (The fact that he's hot was, of course, a plus, but not a necessity...and his being a good kisser helps, too)...I needed a guy who would understand that music would always come first in my life, and not take offense to it.
No girl, however, likes a guy who's a different person around her than he really is.
All girls like genuine guys, at least, I think we do.

Bring a blank journal and freewrite. I do that when I go on trips to pass the time. It's very, very effective.

Okay, it depends on how you view virginity. It's an opinion thing, kind of. If you think you lost your virginity because of anal sex, then you did. *Shrug*
If semen gets near a girl's vagina, it's possible for her to get pregnant, even if she wipes if off right away. Semen can swim, remember.

Lemme tell you what I did.
When my guy and I had been dating about two months, I realized that he and my dad were way too...formal for my comfort, so I called up my boy after school one day and told him he was coming to dinner with me and my parents at a local restaurant thing. My mom and I talked about random things while getting my guy and my dad to bond.
At the end of dinner, everything was relaxed and they were talking about bad old movies...Lol
Get them to chat over dinner, or a relaxing situation. It'll work wonders.

Some girls don't look at guys and say stuff to their friends - me, for instance.
Some girls also really just don't like to be hit on, or commented on, especially if they have an attachment. I get little remarks and usually end up flicking the guys off because I have a boyfriend, lol.
You can't possibly tell by looking at a girl if she has a boyfriend or not. If she does, chances are she won't want to be commented on.

You need to tell him the truth about cheating on him. If you don't, your conscience will kill you. If your feelings for him are fading, break off the relationship - don't lead him on and let him believe that you still feel strongly about him if you don't.
If you do still love him, then stick it out. Maybe you two just need to spice up your relationship a little bit.

You've gotta talk to them before they figure it out for sure. You and your boyfriend should sit down TOGETHER with his parents and tell them the truth. Ask them not to interrupt while you two tell them your situation, and then tell them that you're willing to break up if they insist you do so (they'd think this is horribly mature and probably wouldn't make you break up!), but that you'd really rather not because [insert reasoning here].
Do his parents just think he's too young? He needs to prove to them that he's mature enough, then.

If you're not fat, you don't have much to worry about. If you're not gaining weight, you probably have a high metabolism, which will fix your lack of fat, lol.
I worry about it too 'cause my dad's kind of...fat, and I do eat junk food.
I've been going for healthier things, like fruit, veggies - or even bread. Bread's filling and isn't too heavy on the calorie count.
Crave sweets? Get gum. Lasts longer, and more fun. Bubbles! Lol - or fruit. Not the same, I know, but...*Shrug*
Crave chips? Get cruncy veggies.
As for eating out of boredom, try knitting or doing something with your hands. Helps me. ^_^
