I don't know what to do..im not fat.. but im going to be someday if i continue my eating habits... i wake up in the morning and I say okay no junk food 2day.. but by the end of the night im eating a bowl of ice cream.. or i hate a whole bunch of peanuts or sumthing.. i try to maintain my wait by drinking alot of water but im afraid thats not going to be enough to keep me the way i am... I bike ride with my friends sometimes... and i only go to the gym when my mom wants to but she hardly goes... i dunno what to do.. how i can tell myself that im not going to eat junk food and actually stick with it!.. plus i think i eat out of boredum.. how can i stop that...( i mean im sitting in front of the tv and i automatically go into the kitchen for food)

hah u must b my twin! = O .. im the exact same way .. ill eat wenever i can. but im now on a diet ^_- haha but iv been doing pretty good.. just tell urself ur on a diet and when ur about ta get some food, remind urself of all the good stuff that wil happen if u dont eat that junk ur about ta eat..als0o, insted uv watching tv.. go outside and do something! go for a jog.. do something ta keep ur mind off that bad bad food ! ^_-

u need to find sumthyn to occupy ur time .. it seems lyk when u qet bored u reach for food.. for example .. u said u sit in front of tha t.v nd then qo for food. find sumthyn to keep ur mind off of beinq hunqry .. or when u do eat .. try to find sumthyn thats qood but its healthy.

If you're not fat, you don't have much to worry about. If you're not gaining weight, you probably have a high metabolism, which will fix your lack of fat, lol.
I worry about it too 'cause my dad's kind of...fat, and I do eat junk food.
I've been going for healthier things, like fruit, veggies - or even bread. Bread's filling and isn't too heavy on the calorie count.
Crave sweets? Get gum. Lasts longer, and more fun. Bubbles! Lol - or fruit. Not the same, I know, but...*Shrug*
Crave chips? Get cruncy veggies.
As for eating out of boredom, try knitting or doing something with your hands. Helps me. ^_^

why dont you try exercising with your friends instead of your mum. or maybe go for a run by yourself around the neighborhood. Joining in on a school sport is also a GREAT way to keep yourself occupied instead of eating infront of the TV all day.
