I'm rly worried about my friend... i dunno wut it is but last ntie she told meh that she never goes poo... gross.. yes.. but i got very worried she's like i go maybe 1 or 2 in a month.. thats abnormal... i'm very worried.. wut shuld she do..

Okay, I believe your friend may have a problem. That's really not healthy - she should get checked out by a doctor. If she really CAN'T more than like once or twcie a month, she should be taking a light laxitive, like Milk of Magnesia tablets, or something every night. If it's by choice, then she has another kind of problem that I don't think you can help her with.
