okay..for the past couple of days ive started eating two meals a day and excercising..ALOT i feel soo guilty eating..im 5'2 and before i started this stuff i weighed 92 pounds ive got a lot of advice a lot to like not become anorexic or whatever no matter what but i dont no i feel so guilty about food.i need advice!!

you need to seek help. Your an extremely small person...and you CANNOT CONTINUE DIETING. Bottom line. Get it out of your head that your fat and get some confidence, damnit ]
you sound like you want to get skinnyer without really noticing it and you can eat all you want just make it healthy food theres nothing wrong with that and theres no need to be guilty about it. and being active and exercising is fine too, just as long as you dont over do it. youll be fine. good luck. ]
You shouldn't feel guilty for eating at all. You need to eat in order to stay alive so don't feel guilty. If you're worried about it just make sure you're watching your calorie intake. Also, just don't eat past 7pm and eat healthy. If you need snacks you should snack on fruits and veggies. Also, eating 3 meals a day is important, too. I hope this helps and good luck!

wow..this sounds like my little sister. all you need to do is know that annorexia isnt good for your immune or any part of your body. you must eat your 3 main foods a day breakfast(a biggy) lunch and dinner ..exercising IS good but too much can hurt your body. xO nicole! ]
You could be on the verge of becoming Anorexic, I would talk to your doctor, and he/she will help, its good you've realized this early on.

next time your at the store, check out the bakery, you wont be guilty for eating then, you do need to eat a little more though, you don't want to be unhealthy, but seriously, look in the bakery, you need some carbs, you don't want to end up like Mary-Kate Olsen. hope I helped. -dr.anqel ]
In all honesty, it sounds like you need professional help regarding this. You are small, and weigh very little. You could easily weigh more, and still be very petite. Don't ruin your life fretting over your weight - anorexia can kill you, or at least destroy your body's organs. Talk to a doctor, talk to a councellor, talk to your parents - but no matter what, get some help. Because in all honesty, you probalby already ARE anorexic. ]
