ok I'm not 16 YET but I will be in october.. if you dont want advise from a 15 yr old then dont read the rest... Ok anyways good qualities I like are sensitive (but not TOO sensitive), repectful, sweet, nice... the usual things! And of course they have to have a funny side!! It's no fun if your hanging out with someone who is a stiff. I love to laugh and I know A LOT of girls who feel the same way! Be yourself and be outgoing!

funny guys are the best!!...personally, i like when guys are sort of adorable - like momma's boys lol but basically just being honest with who you are and up to having a good time is the best...also, speaking from experience, if a girl doesn't like you then don't pressure her or become stalkerish because then you won't even have the chance of being friends with her ! good luck <3

aight well since i'm 18 i think i would know what a girl around those ages would look for.
in my opinion, the girl has to hve something in common with the guy...usually we like to have fun..we lso like it when you guys tell us we're cute and we always say no we're not...umm someone that she could just talk to...and hey guys if you want a girl to really like you, you have to put out some effort...like calling her...or doing sweet things for her...honesty is always a plus... respect is anopther biggie...and i think the last thing would be show affection...girls love that...hope this all helps!!1 lemme know if it does!!!

Different girls look for different qualities in guys.
I, for instance, was looking for a genuine, sweet, sensitive, artistic, funny and understanding guy. (The fact that he's hot was, of course, a plus, but not a necessity...and his being a good kisser helps, too)...I needed a guy who would understand that music would always come first in my life, and not take offense to it.
No girl, however, likes a guy who's a different person around her than he really is.
All girls like genuine guys, at least, I think we do.
