I want to start eating better to make sure I stay fit. I'm current like 109 lbs and I would like to lose a few pounds and trim off a few inches off my arms, thighs, and stomach. I need to know how many calories and carbs should I eat? How do I count Carbs and calories? I'm very confused to this whole process. you should eat about 1500-2000 cals a day for your age. the way you can keep track is mypyramidtracker.gov it shows how much your eating, and makes like charts and stuff. its great =)

hey okay i am confused on what to do. i do not know how to tell if my boyfriend is cheating. okay i am 17 and he is 20 and he is the type of guy who is real about things.i mean he says it like it is. and he says that he would never cheat on me and if he did cheat i would have to give him a reason to cheat. ell how can i tell if he is telling the truth? he is always talking to other girls and he says they are just friends. but he walks out of he room when they call. his ex keeps on calling him and he says she is kick ass and that she knows he has a girlfriend. but why does she keep calling? please help me figure out if my boyfriend is cheating. we have only been together for 2 in a half months. 16/f. Well my problem is with my boyfriend. He is 18 and I really do care about him. We have been going out for about 2 months and things are just not going so well. Like i said i really do care about him but it seems that our relationship is falling apart. The beginning of our relationship was what i thought was perfect. Well it's only been two months so i guess it is still the beginning, but still it seems like everything is starting to change, for the worse, and i can't stand it. I wanna be with him more than anything but its starting to seem like he doesn't wanna be with me. He barely answers my phone calls and never calls me, but when we do talk it seems like everything is fine until he starts acting like he doesn't wanna talk to me any more, which makes me feel kinda unwanted. We used to talk everyday and he would make me feel like i was the only girl in his life and nobody else matters, but recently its like im the only one who doesn't matter. I am just sooo sick of trying with him but i don't wanna loose him. It would break my heart if we didn't make it. Even when we were with each other in person he was so affectionate towards me and now it seems when ever i see him either he is too busy to notice me or he just doesn't want to talk to me. what should i do. okay he's obviously playing hard-to-get..if that's possible for a guy. Try doing what he is and make him want you more. If that doesn't work then talk to him and tell him you aren't feeling like he likes you anymore and get him to talk.
ALSOOO..I know how you feel!! Except the guy that is two years apart from me, is younger not older. It may be kind of different from what you are talking about. I think you're talking about like if you say I love you to him he may not say anything (not in person of course) and if it IS in person when you say it, he says it back not sounding very sure of saying "I love you too." If this is how you feel let me know because it's going on with me, only I'm not going out with the guy. lol sorry and I hope I helped a little!

Ok so my ex-boyfriend Matt was a sweetie and I really actually felt that I loved him and he said that he hasn't felt that way about any one before and we are both 13. The thing is tho that he dumped me for his ex-girl friend because he thought that I was cheating on him with his friend. But I wasnt and I was so upset that he broke up with me so I wanted to get back at him so I did by going out with his best frinend..but I braly like this guy you know I miss Matt very much even tho he put my heart though the worst I still love him with all of it! but I dont wanna love him cuz I know he will hurt me agian but its hurting not being with him! I think you should talk to his best friend that is if you're still going out with him, and tell him "I dont like you..I CANT like you becuase I still have feelings for Matt" see what he says, and have him talk to Matt and convince him that you weren't cheating on him. After he believes you two, you can maybe get back together.
Also see if he's doing the same and only going out with his ex-gf because he thought you were going out with someone else. this is really confusing but I hope I helped.

im flat chested im a 32 a in bust size, but im really emberrased because i got this bra from VS and its fully padded and its a 34 a cause i know i dont fill it out and its really embarrasing to change in p.e. cause all the girls know i dont fill out my bra but when i wear the 32 a it hurts like my back and makes red marks which isnt healthy but then like a year ago when i did wear a 32 a sometimes when i wear loose shirts my boobs would look like tiny buds that looked really weird
fyi im short like 5'3" and i heard its less noticable if you have a flat chest if your tall, and ive had my period for about a year now.

What I would do is, get into PE early and change, that way no one would see if you change really fast if you're the only one in there. That way all you have left to change is your skirt to your shorts! I know how you feel, I used to be kind of cautious changing in front of the other girls, until I noticed they aren't much bigger than me!!!! Also we're all girls, everyone has the same body parts just they're all different sizes and shapes.

Ok. Today I got shocked by like a 151 V. It didn't hurt but i was shaken it was my first time getting shocked.. and im still shaking from it.. very lightly. Im not hurt or anything but i still feel wierd..

yes let i pass, eventually the shaking will wear off. Ive gotten shocked so many times and its scary, your probly still scared which is part of the reason you're still shaking, so if you maybe forget about it you will stop!

Hi! Well i have like 20 belts (yeah i wear them i hate to waste clothes) and im running outta ideas of what to do with them (and hangers). Right now i have like bunches of 5 or howevermany fit in a hanger and on like 5 hangers. I dont like this idea, and i dont like putting them in my drawers either. I have more belts than clothes!! So if any one has any ideas, maybe creative ideas, for what to do with all these belts--please let me know!!

i know how you feel, i have SOO many belts. prolly not 20 tho. dont ruin your walls by puttin nails in them, just get a little shelf thing, that has hooks on it so you can put belts on it. for you, find something that would hold that many belts! just go shopping, i can tell you already love it, so if you love it you must be an expert at it. find someee .. belt hangers!

just keep goin' out with him its not her decision if you like guys or not. yes, she's over-reacting. I would just keep seeing him....oh and if you are allowed to go to the movies with friends and not parents, a way to see him is like go to the movies on a double date, take a friend that has a boyfriend and meet up with her bf and yours. I do it all the time.

I'm always jealous of other girls because I I know that their so much prettier than me. I'm even jealous of my friends. One of my friends is like so perfect: shes pretty, all the boys are like in love with her.. her life is just perfect all together. and i am SOO jealous! I reallly want to get over it but i dont know how. I'm constantly comparing myself to other people .. and i think that brings down my self-esteem.
i just want to stop being jealous because it just makes me feel worse about myself..

Yes I feel the same way!! My BEST FRIEND is really pretty, skinnier then me, and has a boyfriend. Her life is like perfect and she gets everything she wants.
I'm really jelous of her but even though I'm not perfect I still know I have a lot of friends and people love me for who I am!!
Dont be jelous because if you are you always will be. It makes you less confident in yourself. I used to think a lot of people hated me, until I thought of all the people that love me. After I switched schools I made a lot more friends. So all I have to say is think positive about yourself, don't think about all the bad things that are wrong with you. (No offense..if there was any taken) And don't think negative.
