embarrased chest =[

im flat chested im a 32 a in bust size, but im really emberrased because i got this bra from VS and its fully padded and its a 34 a cause i know i dont fill it out and its really embarrasing to change in p.e. cause all the girls know i dont fill out my bra but when i wear the 32 a it hurts like my back and makes red marks which isnt healthy but then like a year ago when i did wear a 32 a sometimes when i wear loose shirts my boobs would look like tiny buds that looked really weird
fyi im short like 5'3" and i heard its less noticable if you have a flat chest if your tall, and ive had my period for about a year now.

You can set your bra on three clips. Try the third clip to make it more roomy. Maybe your having on the first clip that makes it tight. Am I making sense? If your 5'3", it's fine to have small boobs. Your about my age but taller (I'm really short) and I look like my boobs fit my small size. Because your 14 and still young, you should be able to grow into the size your body. Ask your mom and siblings that are females, aunts also, to figure out what size you would be. It takes time, and don't think your not going to grow because you are! If people think you don't fill into your 34, wear your 32 or wear a sports bra. Maybe you need halve sizes. VS has them I think.

you are still develpoing.i bet when your 16 are 17 your breast are just going to get huge...lol.that happens to some girls.so just wait patiently and it will happen.you should not care about what those other girls think.ok so just ignore them all and if they tell you stuff,tell them to fuck off!....lol sorry

What I would do is, get into PE early and change, that way no one would see if you change really fast if you're the only one in there. That way all you have left to change is your skirt to your shorts! I know how you feel, I used to be kind of cautious changing in front of the other girls, until I noticed they aren't much bigger than me!!!! Also we're all girls, everyone has the same body parts just they're all different sizes and shapes.

first of all relax. Also i would stay with the 34 a but mabye next time try not to get a padded bra because those tend to be bigger then the actual size it says. Also your only 14 and have a couple more years to grow. Dont worry its fine just dont be so self concious.

You're got a couple of years until you stop growing. Other girls shouldn't be looking. If it's embarrassing you, go in a bathroom stall or wear a camisole then put your PE shirt over it. I don't think its less noticeable if you are tall. People notice anyway. It's nothing to be embarrased about. Be glad you don't have them big now. I hear it's more embarrassing when they are large in size because in PE.. yeah while you run.. Most guys stare. But yeah. Padded bras feel comfy! They are for the cool kids, yes? :D

Don't worry. You shouldn't be embarrassed. You'll grow bigger boobs as soon as you get older. The girls are stupid if they just stare and realize that you don't fill it out. If you can you can turn away so they won't watch you or face the locker or something. Or just change really quick. Don't be embarrassed!! Lol its okay.

dont worry about how big your boobs are. the only ones who really care about that is perverted guys and you. your time will come when your git big boobs but until then dont worry about it. plus if they git to big they give you back trouble and they git in the way.=) enjoy your little boobs while you got them. hope i helped.
