ok, so the the 5th day of sckool my friend said that on friday eric (the kid i like) said he liked me a little, and was going to ask me out! & then my other friend said eric said he wanted to meet me after sckool where no one was because he had to ask me something, but then he said never mind, & then he told me he liked my friend britt, but wed. he told me he doesnt like her anymore and likes someone new.. then also wed. in music, my friend derick goes if eric asked you would you say yes, and i said no because eric was right behind him && he doesnt know i like him, and then derick goes eric she said no, but i dont know if he was just jokin or not.. then today and yesturday eric kept tryin to start a convo with me but randomely they were all either about sckool or sayin how desperate britt was..then today my friend alexis said eric wants to ask shayna out.. but then at lunch i was sitten across from him and alexis goes do you still want to go out with shayna, and i was listening and he acted confused like what are you talking about? im so confused..advice needed urgently.. thank you 13/f

What you're trying to say is that you're helping a guy cheat on his girlfriend, and you still want to be with him??? That is a pretty stupid way to be. A guy who is openly cheating on his girlfriend with you is only going to cheat on you as well, and so on. So why bother? Just because you're "hot" doesn't mean all guys are going to want to date you. Sorry to be the one to have to tell you this, but that is how life is. There are many girls I find attractive, but would never date for many factors. So just move on and find someone who does want to date you.

Okay...I've realized a couple days ago that I really, really like this boy I know (I'll call him Bill)...and the same day I came to that conclusion, I was told by a very good friend of mine that Bill has something for her...and that she likes Bill too. (She didn't know that I liked him, of course)...Today, I found that they have officially paired up...and I didn't really do a good job of hiding my disapointment, because "Bill" asked me if somebody made me upset...I said "Not intentionally"...he then asked if it was him that had done anything to make me upset...(Did he suspect or know that I like him??)...Now, I'm not sure if I should tell him that I really like him or not, because I do NOT want to cause any discomfort between me and the two of them, because I care deeply for both of them...but I don't want him to feel like he's doing anything wrong, either. I think if I told them (Or just him) "Hey, I'm disapointed, but I still support you guys", that it would (maybe) make things better...

I broke up with my boyfriend of almost two years a few weeks ago for my own reasons that I'm not getting into - just know it was for both of us, not just me, that I did it.
It was a bit of a conversation, but one thing I did ask was that he not forget about me and consider me a friend. Since then, he's attempted contact (via AIM) a couple times, and each time it's ended with me in tears and him saying he doesn't think he can handle talking to me just yet.
The thing is, I don't miss him. I'm happy single right now. This is what I need and I'm glad I did it. I feel bad because I know I hurt him, yet he agreed with my reasoning and seemed to think I was right.
Was it wrong of me asking him to keep our friendship? If I don't miss him, why do I always end up crying?

It wasn't wrong of you to keep your friendship with him, but maybe its too early. Give it a month or two before you guys really start talking again, possibly more. Keeping a friendship that only ends up in tears is really just selfish. After some time, I'm sure you both will be able to talk without the problems.

You should learn how to spell ruin, that is what you should do. Then, if you're worried that something is going to go wrong, it probably will. If you're not 100% sure you should do it, don't and keep the friendship.

Hi, I'm a junior in high school. I'm doing my science project on the making of ice cream with liquid nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen for those of you who don't know, can be used to freeze things almost instantly. Anyways, I've done research on both ice cream making and liquid nitrogen, but I have a problem. I need to write about how chemistry is involved with this whole process. Any ideas or suggestions? I'm looking for a lead on how exactly chemistry is involved with this experiment, nothing too general please. Thanks, will rate.
