ok every night before sleeping, put on two strokes (one up, one down.) make sure you dont shave or shower before, like 30-1 hour at least before using it. you have to aslo use normal deoderant with it in the mornnig

yea your like 20 pounds over weight. be ready to devote about a month or two to getting down to a 110 if you are lucky (110 is thin, 120 avg) you should bike 1 hour a day, run 30 minutes a day, and after you lose about 10 pounds (in otherwords about 2 weeks) start swimming laps. also dont eat sugar and less carbss

the best thing to do is probably ask your friends and stuff for advice on that.

it's not that they don't like you or you're ugly and stuff, it's probably that you don't talk to them as much as the other girls.

ok, i get tanned VERY easily. I literally just have to stand outside for about 10 minutes on a warm&sunny day and my skin becomes noticably darker. The thing is, I hate this. When I become tan, my skin looks oily and dirty, even though its not. Is there any way I can prevent myself from getting so tan? BESIDES staying indoors because im a very active person and that is almost impossible for me.

use sunscreen with 45 spf. youll still get tan. the reason you look oily and idrty is because you need to moisturize your skin

alright, you should definantly go to the bathroom more often, like every 2 hours at least. you should wear pads, and if you dont know what those are they are the things you wear when you have a period so the blood doesnt get through. if you wear these, and you DO pee, it wont show.

its like how mny messages you can send. like if your in green, yourn ot oversending, and if your in yellow, you should wait for the bar to go beack up to green so that it isnt red. if it red, you have to wait about 2 minutes (maybe less, but it seems like forever) to im anybody

Hi everyone... ok I'm going to make this short. Basically, I am very paranoid and even though I am 20 I don't want to become pregnant. The thing is, every time I have sex with my bf, we use a condom because I am not on birth control, but I am always paranoid and thinking that the condom will break. My question is, if the condom breaks, will either one of us be able to tell? Like will it snap off and have a big hole in it?
