emo is short for emotional. there really is no such thing as an 'emo' person. but now there is such a thing. it pretty much means that a person is very emo[tional]. if they are sad, the don't want to talk to anyone. some of them cut their wrists because they don't know what to do. some wear black and a lot of make-up. any more questions about emo?

there is no such thing as an 'emo' person. 'emo' is a type of music; emotive hardcore. it's been adapted to a term for people, and there really is no classification for it. everyone has a different view on it when it comes down to it, because it's not a saying for people.

at my school emo is like a combo of all the punks and goths. emo means emotional, but you can dress emo and not be emothional. srry its kinda hard to describe
