sometimes i feel really fat, like im bigger than all the girls in my grade..i weight 123 and im 5'2 could anyone tell me how to tone my body or something..do u consider that overweight?

your like only 10 pounds over weight. you should run, bike, and swim. those are the esxcersizes that make you lose most wiehght ]
Heyy girl! Nooo you're not overweight, not at all! You need to be more confident in yourself. Maybe you could treat yourself to a manicure/pedicure or go shopping.
To overall be more healthy, you could start jogging or walking 3 times a week around your neighborhood. Or, you could go swimming at your local community pool.

You not overweight; your normal weight. This is the 3rd question I've answered about thiss 22.5 is your Body mass index and thats normal.
You can tone your body by exersicing and stuff. ]
