hair question

how would i go about getting my hair like this?

walk me through it step by step because i am a very hair illiterate person!

Hey. Okay, so a lot of what makes Kristin's hair the way it is, is based on the cut and coloring. So, I would print off that picture and bring it to your hair stylist and she/he can cut it to make it look like the picture. Then once you have the layering, I would dampen your hair, and then spray Garnier Fructis "Surf Hair Spray" (I love this stuff soo much) into your hair. Then, scruch it to make it wavy. Next, blow dry it and spray in hair spray. This should give that look.
