Hello,
it is likely that your cortisol level is too high. Cortisol adds fat around the belly. Excess cortisol can be the result of fear--is there anything in your life that is making you worry?
One thing to try would be a form of meditation--you can meditate while running, walking...you don't necessarily have to sit down to do that, unless that suits you.
Do you take vitamins? Vitamin C (not the chewable kind--it can eat tooth enamel) helps dispell excess adrenalin which can cause a cortisol reaction.
Just a thought. Btw, my cortisol is to high and I share your belly fat problem. Bummer, but I'm working on getting rid of it.
Good luck, and keep working at it--

OH OH OH, I have the PERFECT answer.
If you have the JUNE 2006 ISSUE OF SEVENTEEN
turn to page 76, I'm using that ab program and I'm getting AMAZING results already, and its only been 3 days! Full results are garunteed in 10!

If you don't have that issue, I advise you to go out and buy it. Emmy Rossum is on the cover, the plan consists of like 5 or 6 diff. tummy exercises, and the whole thing takes only about 10-15 minutes once a day!

I hope It works!
( Also, to help speed up results, try doing cardio as much as you can such as jumpropes, running etc )
