can i make black and white pictures and then put color only on my lollipop or eyes?

Take the photograph, and make a duplicate layer of the background. Then make a new layer, and change it to "Overlay", or "Multiply", or one of the other layer types...experiment with them. Then color in the area you want colored.
It's hard for me to explain it without visual aid, especially since I don't have that version of Photoshop. You might be able to find a tutorial on deviantart.com. Mostly, just play around with everything on photoshop. That's how I learned. Sorry I can't help much more than that.

According to Wikipedia, Lecy decided to go to college. Later, she was able to play Becky part time, switching with Sarah Chalke ("the girl from Scrubs"). In the last season, it was all Sarah Chalke, because Lecy Goranson just had more important things to do.
This is not uncommon for actors. ;) TV shows will replace people all the time.

November is National Novel Writing Month, in case you didn't know. You should sign up for it! The idea is to write a certain amount of words each day, focusing on how many words you have rather than how good it is. If you go their website, http://www.nanowrimo.org/, and go to the forums, they have a lot of good ideas and plenty of people to talk to if you need help. What helps me is starting out by focusing on characters, and then developing a setting and plot around them. http://ezinearticles.com/?Using-Character-Sheets-in-Fiction-Writing&id=573563 has a good guideline for creating characters.
http://www.seventhsanctum.com/ has a lot of generators that will give you basic character, plot, and setting ideas.

I don't think it's any dumber than anything else people do.
Think about it. When they complain, they're just trying to get more attention. They might say something like, "Oh my GOD. You're staring at my boobs, aren't you?! You are such a pervert!"
What they mean is, "You're cute. You're hot. I like you. Pay attention to me!"
It's a little more complicated than that, though. One could argue that they're not mature enough to know what they want, and have to rely on MTV to tell them what they want. Some people might find it a little unethical.
But basically, they just want attention.

are college courses hard? are they anything like the ap classes in high school?
Some are easier than others. It depends on the teacher, really. But, really, if you're not up for a challenge, you shouldn't be going to college. ;) They may be tough, but all that work is worth it in the end. And, this really has nothing to do with the difficulty of the classes, but college is easier than high school. You get to choose, to a certain point, what classes to take and when to take them. Want to wake up at noon? Take a 12:45 class. Be done by two. Hang out for the rest of the day. I'm not saying college is a breeze, but the scheduling takes a lot of pressure off, in my opinion. :)

Okay, so my gym teacher knows I hate gym. I tried to get into another class... But no, my principle hates mE!!!! He let the others kids get a different class, but nooooo. I had to STAY! Damn it! I've had gym all 3 years in middle school! I fucking HATE IT!!!!!! I was not built for gym, math, science or make up. UNDERSTAND THIS. My gym teacher broke my cool two days ago. I wore my black high heels so I don't have to do gym again. He yelled at me and told me to go to the office... Here's what happened...
Me: What? Okay, whatever...
Gym dude: Don't use that tone with me!

You're a lot like me, except for one thing. Attitude.
I didn't like gym, sure, but I sucked it up and did what I had to do. And gym is required for everyone. Lots of people don't like changing in front of other people...running in front of other people...sucking at a particular sport, but we all have to do it. Now, I know the grading system is stupid, unfair, oppressive, and basically bullshit, but it's important bullshit. It may not seem like a big deal now, but someday you might be trying to get into college, and your grade in gym may be the one thing holding you back.
Okay, I'm stretching it a little, but think of it this way. You get a good grade in gym, you add major points to your precious GPA. AND it is an easy A, in my opinion. All you have to do is change your clothes and run around for...a half hour? Forty-five minutes?
I mean, when it comes to the big picture, is that really so much of a sacrifice?

You know, I have a friend from Japan. That's the country that anime comes from. She is an exchange student at my university, and I was helping her write an essay about the differences between Japanese and American culture. She said that one thing she liked was that people in different classes could get along like friends. But she didn't like the way the students disrespected their professors. In America, we slouch in our chairs and daydream. In Japan, they sit up straight and listen. And they not only wear sneakers in gym class. They wear UNIFORMS.
Maybe that's something to think about.
Anyway, your teacher doesn't want you to fail. That's like saying that he failed. Yes, it's awfully arrogant of him, but that's the way teachers think. He yells at you because you deliberately make him angry. If you decide to get over yourself, show a little respect, and actually do what the class requires, you'll notice that he won't yell at you. Without him yelling at you, the class will be a lot more pleasant. Despite your immaturity (Which you can't help, being thirteen. I've been there.) you seem like a reasonably smart person. Don't ruin it by failing GYM of all things!
If it's causing you serious pain, instead of mild discomfort (which is to be expected), you should see a doctor. You could have an underactive thyroid.
Now, I know you said you didn't want any "shit". I'm not sorry at all for giving you an answer you won't like. But think of it like this. You cannot magically get out of gym. IT. IS. REQUIRED. For everyone. It's the law. If you fail, they will make you take it again. And again. And again. They won't let you graduate, and you will be stuck there forever. No, I mean it. I have met people who have been a freshman in high school for FOUR YEARS. It's not pretty. Do gym class, get it over with, and before you know it, you won't ever have to take it again.
This next bit of advice is based on my personal experience. Like I said, you're a lot like me. And when I think back on my life from seventh to twelfth grade, I have one regret. You guessed it...sitting at the computer 24/7. It IS possible to have a life in the real world and spend a satisfying amount of time reading fanfiction and editing your deadjournal layout. So try it sometime. Because right now, the only person you're hurting is yourself. And you're doing a LOT of damage.

They can't, really. It's quite ridiculous. But whatever program they're using only allows a certain amount to be sent. If you ever go on gaiaonline.com, they have monthly items (not real ones, it's in the game) that you can buy with real money. So people who spend money on them get the item, and once the month is over, you can't get one from the website, though you can get one from other players using fake game money. It's like that. In my opinion, it's a waste of money and if you want to give gifts on facebook you should add the Free Gifts application. Since it's free. :)

Well, I can't tell you what to do to achieve your acting goals, but I can tell you that it's totally okay not to know exactly what you want to do. I am 19, in college, and I still have a very vague idea. And guess what? Most of the people here don't either. And I bet all of your friends will change their mind at one point. Don't listen to people who tell you that you can't, they're just trying to bring you down. And if it doesn't work out, life goes on.

What does it mean when a cat winks at you? I was sitting in my room this morning, and then looked behind me and saw my cat. I was like "Where the hell did you come from?" and then she winked it me!

It is pretty cool when animals wink at you, but it doesn't really mean anything. Most likely they have dust in their eye and they're just trying to get it out. Still, it feels like they're trying to communicate with you and it's pretty neat.

Unless you have a religious/moral objection to it, how about a devil? You'll probably have to buy a headband with horns and maybe a tail, but the rest is easy: just get some sexy red clothes! I'm sure it won't be too hard to find. Use face glitter, and if you don't have long nails, get some fake ones and paint them red.
my friend has a really hard home life, her parents expect her to be perfect, have perfect grades,her room spotless,perfect friends..etc she if losing it! shes getting in trouble for every little thing and im scared for her, i have no idea what goes on after i leave her house but im kinda afraid to know. ive heard some stories and they get pretty bad. now shes saying she wants to be with her cousin who died. shes depressed about everything and she cant tell anyone cause she'd get screamed at. how can i help her get out of the hole shes in?
What you've described is child abuse. Right now, the only thing you can do for her is be her friend. Other than that, she needs to seek professional help. Unfortunately, I haven't done the research so I don't know exactly how she would go about doing this, but you can start by looking up message boards for abuse survivors and asking them about the situation. okay so people say that gay means you like the same sex and others say that it means you are happy what does it really mean?
A long, long time ago, before anybody decided that other peoples' marriages were there business and religion was more about loving one another and doing the right thing than making money and spreading hatred, nobody really had a word for a homosexual person, or "gay" person. Everyone was basically just considered a person. So gay meant "happy".
Now, however, there are these things called Equal Rights, and everybody wants them. The people who considered themselves homosexual decided that they no longer wanted to be treated as dirty, less than human, damned-to-hell freaks (because that's what happened over the years), and decided that they would make themselves look like something positive. So they said, "Well, we're happy to be the way we are. In fact, we're downright GAY!", and from then on, "gay" meant homosexual, instead of happy. In recent years, it has adopted the meaning of "stupid"...I guess to protect the equal rights of the mentally handicapped.
Anyway, I might have stretched the truth there, but that's basically the concise history of the G-word. I don't know why I just called it the G-word, but it seemed like the right thing to do at the time. Hope I helped!

What would be a good senior prank? Nothing like graffiti or vandalism. I'd prefer something funny and "legal." But I'm fine with anything illegal as long as it doesn't hurt anyone physically and cost more than a few hundred dollars in damages.
I honestly can't think of anything, but please, PLEASE don't do anything that involves animals. One year, somebody released a live duck that they caught at a lake, and the poor thing smacked into a window of our library. Everybody thought it was hilarious, but I was horrified. Anyway, I thought of an idea. You need a group for this. Don't speak to anyone all day, just smile a lot, and hand out animal crackers. Or not. That's pretty lame. Anyway, please don't hurt any animals with your prank. :)

EDIT: Okay I thought of one! If your school has a pool, this one will be so perfect! Take a trashcan full of garbage and put it in the water. Throw the lifeguard chair in, too. Find the book where they keep all their records and add that. Bath toys and bubble bath would also be a nice touch. Have fun!

i'm one week away from being 16 and i have been dating my boyfriend for the past year and 2 months. we are both virgins, and wish to keep it that way. my parents have been fine with us dating, they have set rules, like: he can't be over when they're not home, and typical guidelines like that - as most parents do. but i don't drink, i don't smoke, i get good grades and my boyfriend and i don't have sex. i'd say i'm on the right track. however, my parents think that we're getting "too serious" and that i'm "too young" to be in a relationship lasting this long. they think i am wasting my time. i totally see their point of view, they're parents .. they're supposed to worry about that. but it's gotten to the point where they're almost telling me NOT to see him anymore. they are STRONGLY encouraging me to "play the field" and "date around" i know that i won't marry my boyfriend, but why would i break up with him if i love him. this isn't junior high love either. i promise you with everything in me that i love him with a maturity far beyond my years. i plan to ride this relationship out for as long as the Good Lord allows it, and i'm extremely upset that my parents aren't behind me. so my question is, what do i do? i'm torn between wanting to have my parents approval, and wanting to make my own decisions and live with whatever consequences may come as a result. please, ANY advice would be greatly appreciated.
You make your own decisions. I understand that you want your parents' approval, believe me, but they need to know when to back off! You seem very mature for your age, and you're going to be an adult in a couple of years. You are old enough to make your own choice about this! Sit down with your parents and have a reasonable, mature discussion and explain your point of you. If your family is like mine, where my parents usually dominate the conversation and don't let me get a word in edgewise, maybe you should have a set system of taking turns. This sounds cheesy, but it works: have one particular item that, when one person is holding it, it means that it's their turn to talk. Nobody else is allowed to interrupt them, and they HAVE to listen. Anyway, I'm completely on your side in this. So many teenagers have "relationships" that only last a few days, and they have a new partner each week. It's normal to date different people, but I think that way of doing things is a little extreme. That you can stay committed to one person says a lot about your character! When/if you do get married, you'll be able to actually stay in that marriage, unlike most people these days. Yay for you, and good luck.

Yes. And you do NOT need a tampon. Because it stops flowing once you're in the water. You can wear a tampon if you want, just to be on the safe side, I probably would. But I was in the ocean all day once with a very heavy period and no tampon, and as long as I was in the water, nothing was coming out. DO NOT use a pad in the water, that should be common sense but I just to want to make sure you know that.
