Some are easier than others. It depends on the teacher, really. But, really, if you're not up for a challenge, you shouldn't be going to college. ;) They may be tough, but all that work is worth it in the end. And, this really has nothing to do with the difficulty of the classes, but college is easier than high school. You get to choose, to a certain point, what classes to take and when to take them. Want to wake up at noon? Take a 12:45 class. Be done by two. Hang out for the rest of the day. I'm not saying college is a breeze, but the scheduling takes a lot of pressure off, in my opinion. :) ]
It depends on the college course you are taking, and the teacher. I know that in high school I have taken AP US History, AP British Literature, and I'm in AP Macro Economics right now. Also, right now I'm taking Art Appreciation online through the community college (a college course). It's pretty much the easiest class ever, however, the teacher of the online class describes himself as "easy going" and my AP teachers were not. So, like the person before me said, it all depends. ]
This usually depends. From my own experience, I'll have you know that all of my high school teachers made college sound like it's this big, scary place where no one will help you if you're having trouble. That is SOO not true. All my professors at college are really nice and helpful. If you are challenged in your college courses, there will always be places you can turn to and get help.
My high school AP english class was WAAY harder than the english course I'm taking in college right now. I guess it depends on how hardcore your high school teachers treat you. Mine were pretty tough.
So are college courses like ap classes? It depends. Just relax knowing that if you find your college courses to be a bit too much, there will be people there to help you out.

It depends on what college you go to. I went to community than to a university. Community college is exactly like highschool, and it's more like a transition from the whole high school scene to the huge university. The classes there are easy and fun. If you pick a big college/university, the classes will be hard. Yes, sort of like AP classes, but longer, and few more essays and tests thrown in. ]
