Okay, so my gym teacher knows I hate gym. I tried to get into another class... But no, my principle hates mE!!!! He let the others kids get a different class, but nooooo. I had to STAY! Damn it! I've had gym all 3 years in middle school! I fucking HATE IT!!!!!! I was not built for gym, math, science or make up. UNDERSTAND THIS. My gym teacher broke my cool two days ago. I wore my black high heels so I don't have to do gym again. He yelled at me and told me to go to the office... Here's what happened...
Me: What? Okay, whatever...
Gym dude: Don't use that tone with me!
Me: What? Okay, whatever...
Gym dude: Romero, I want you to participate
Me: Well, I told you I hated gym, but you didn't listen.
Gym dude: So? It's good for you.
Me: Yea right. It makes me sore and mad.
Gym dude: Go to the office now! You're making me mad!
Me: Fine, I will. good bye...
After he went int othe gym I yelled after him: bastard! He didn't hear me, damn it. and I went to the office. i never got in trouble because of some cute guy i nthe office. He mad me happy again, yay and we went to class together. Now, look.
What i want is, HOW DO I GET OUTTA THIS FUCKING CLASS?!?!?!?! And don't give me any shit about, Gym is good for you, gym will make you feel better, gym will blahblahblah
I was built for writing, computer stuff and fucking anime characters, got it? NOw, here's more info on my daily thigns to tell you some about mah...
Writes, sleeps, sits at comptuer 24/7 (yay), studies presidents (I like history), and is VERY lazy! I am lazy, and proud, I'm a bitchy, lazy, emo anime fucking freak! Okay, anyway... hope that helped, haha
p.s don't ask about the anime fucking thing...*Adivce person stares at screen* Okay fine, I like anime alot, okay? Get over it...
I don't like gym either, but I played anyways because I had to. Gym is a required credit to graduate, and you need to play in order to graduate. If you want to graduate, I suggest you suck up the bullshit & play gym.
uisforukelele answered Friday October 19 2007, 5:44 pm: oh man. first of all, you are being very immature. i'm just going to go ahead and say it because it's something you need to hear. and if you don't try to change it, then i feel sorry for everybody around you. and i would also feel happy that i'm not your gym teacher.
you are being disrespectful. your gym teacher does not expect everybody to like his class, but he will expect you to grin and bear it. look, i'm the same way, but here's the plain and simple fact: you say that you're not built for gym, math, science, et cetera, but that doesn't change the fact that you still have to take it in order to graduate. that's great that your strong points are in writing and computer things because those industries have had a lot of growth percentage-wise recently. but that's not the point. the point is, you don't have to take his gym class. but he is being paid to be there. i can tell you right now that he does not give a shit if you are in his class or not. regardless, he gets paid. so in reality, you are only causing problems for yourself.
here's my conclusion. you need an attitude change. you can't just get out of a class because you "fucking hate it". you can't get out of a class by throwing a conniption fit every time somebody tells you to do something you don't want to do. however, you can get out of a class by being a responsible, hard working, respectful, and mature person... which, judging by this, you obviously are not. i hate to break it to you, but how do you expect anybody to take you seriously when even the title of your question is improper grammar? look it up.
by the way, thirteen year old girls that use terrible language like that are trashy.
you need to face the facts. i apologize if i'm being like dr. phil here, but before you can fix the problem you have to identify it. you are immature. you are flying off the handle about something that will not matter to anybody in five years. you are disrespectful. you need to learn how to talk to adults. believe it or not, you do not know everything. do you want to know how i know this? because i was a thirteen year old girl not too long ago. and since then, i have discovered that i was a whole heck of a lot more ignorant than i ever could have imagined. and by the way, i don't care what people tell you, nobody normal will want to be friends with you if you talk about how you like anime. anime and manga are not cool. you may think it's cool, but who is the one who is probably failing gym? whereas i'm in the top 3 percent of my graduating class.
Sima answered Friday October 19 2007, 11:51 am: Oh gosh, hahaha I HATED gym all throughout middle school. Especially when we had the swimming unit.. that was the worst. My only suggestion is to ignore your gym teacher if he has any rude remarks; or you could suggest like dodgeball, kickball, a walk/run outside, flag football, and other fun games so it doesn't seem like all you're doing is running. I can't honestly think of anything else, but I hope it works out for you. [ Sima's advice column | Ask Sima A Question ]
LagunaBabe answered Thursday October 18 2007, 11:05 am: Look, I'm just going to tell you like this -- you're being dumb. I'm sorry to be so blunt, but it's gym class. I'm not going to tell you how you can get out of gym class because...
1) You're never going to get out of it now. People are going to want you to have to go through the class because they know you hate it, which makes them happy.
2) I'm quite happy that you won't get out of it, because I think you deserve it for your childish reactions.
Mackenzie answered Thursday October 18 2007, 7:14 am: They probably leave you in gym class as payback for your big mouth and disgraceful attitude. If they can't physically beat you, they figure gym is the next best punishment. I wouldn't guess it's working, but I hope their persistance pays off. thefish answered Wednesday October 17 2007, 10:27 pm: You're a lot like me, except for one thing. Attitude.
I didn't like gym, sure, but I sucked it up and did what I had to do. And gym is required for everyone. Lots of people don't like changing in front of other people...running in front of other people...sucking at a particular sport, but we all have to do it. Now, I know the grading system is stupid, unfair, oppressive, and basically bullshit, but it's important bullshit. It may not seem like a big deal now, but someday you might be trying to get into college, and your grade in gym may be the one thing holding you back.
Okay, I'm stretching it a little, but think of it this way. You get a good grade in gym, you add major points to your precious GPA. AND it is an easy A, in my opinion. All you have to do is change your clothes and run around for...a half hour? Forty-five minutes?
I mean, when it comes to the big picture, is that really so much of a sacrifice?
Your teacher doesn't hate you, by the way. You are being disrespectful.
You know, I have a friend from Japan. That's the country that anime comes from. She is an exchange student at my university, and I was helping her write an essay about the differences between Japanese and American culture. She said that one thing she liked was that people in different classes could get along like friends. But she didn't like the way the students disrespected their professors. In America, we slouch in our chairs and daydream. In Japan, they sit up straight and listen. And they not only wear sneakers in gym class. They wear UNIFORMS.
Maybe that's something to think about.
Anyway, your teacher doesn't want you to fail. That's like saying that he failed. Yes, it's awfully arrogant of him, but that's the way teachers think. He yells at you because you deliberately make him angry. If you decide to get over yourself, show a little respect, and actually do what the class requires, you'll notice that he won't yell at you. Without him yelling at you, the class will be a lot more pleasant. Despite your immaturity (Which you can't help, being thirteen. I've been there.) you seem like a reasonably smart person. Don't ruin it by failing GYM of all things!
If it's causing you serious pain, instead of mild discomfort (which is to be expected), you should see a doctor. You could have an underactive thyroid.
Now, I know you said you didn't want any "shit". I'm not sorry at all for giving you an answer you won't like. But think of it like this. You cannot magically get out of gym. IT. IS. REQUIRED. For everyone. It's the law. If you fail, they will make you take it again. And again. And again. They won't let you graduate, and you will be stuck there forever. No, I mean it. I have met people who have been a freshman in high school for FOUR YEARS. It's not pretty. Do gym class, get it over with, and before you know it, you won't ever have to take it again.
This next bit of advice is based on my personal experience. Like I said, you're a lot like me. And when I think back on my life from seventh to twelfth grade, I have one regret. You guessed it...sitting at the computer 24/7. It IS possible to have a life in the real world and spend a satisfying amount of time reading fanfiction and editing your deadjournal layout. So try it sometime. Because right now, the only person you're hurting is yourself. And you're doing a LOT of damage.

Razhie answered Wednesday October 17 2007, 9:17 pm: You could break your own legs.
Look, you're a lazy bitch. You proudly admitted it. Good, it's good to know yourself.
Now you need to know this: Bitches are unpleasant and get in trouble. People LIKE to not give bitches what they want and make bitches lives miserable, because bitches make their life miserable.
You aint getting out of this class with anything sort of several hospital trips because your teacher and principal DON'T LIKE YOU.
Why should they like you? Why would they do YOU any favors? Clearly they are doing other people the favor, but not you. As far as they are concerned you deserve to suffer!
It's amazing how, when you are nice, people are nice too you and when you aren't, well, they make you suffer for it!
So you could try to be nice and rational about it... Speaking calmly, getting a doctors note, getting involved with fitness activities or joining a team or club, asking them why they wont let you out, speaking to a counselor about options or even switching teachers... All of those things might help, if you do them with a open manner and some friendliness.
If not, you'll just need to add whiny and class-fail-er to your list of skills and interests, because we can't solve your problem, and your current approach isn't going too. [ Razhie's advice column | Ask Razhie A Question ]
thelaura answered Wednesday October 17 2007, 8:27 pm: Not everyone likes gym, but in most schools it's compulsory.
Why don't you like gym? You can't just say you weren't built for it, because it's not a valid reason.
It can actually be quite fun. You should talk to your teacher without being mouthy to him because it will only make him angry and you upset. Try to make a compromise, for example: You will participate in gym if you can switch classes in a month or so.
If worst comes to worst and you honestly have valid reasons for not wanting to participate in gym (which is highly unlikely I'm guessing! :P), get your parents to write you a note excusing you from the lesson.
For now, instead of letting it get to you, try to make it enjoyable! Do it with your friends and chat as you do it. It doesn't have to have the fun sucked from it. Cheer up! [ thelaura's advice column | Ask thelaura A Question ]
xeViLxShArPiEx answered Wednesday October 17 2007, 8:22 pm: Haha you remind me of me! (same age and same hobbies or whatever) Except I'd never yell at a teacher cause I'm a "good" student >:D ANYWAY I agree with you, I also have gym, and I hate it, I'm also not built for gym, I'd at least try to talk about it again, except not in a mean, or with an angry tone, try to be calm, and be nice. You could also explain your opinions to your teacher/principal, because you've had gym long enough, so they should at least let you switch. If your counselor does the scheduling, talk to your counselor, because at my school if you wanna switch/change classes, you have to talk to the counselor. Otherwise, maybe if you told your parents, they might call the school and work things out. I'm not so sure about this, but you could try contacting the principal's boss? (Idk if it even exists, but it's worth a try) MAKE them understand. Hope things work out!!!
EDIT: Try asking them WHY they won't let you change classes!
