Lately I've been feeling...really bad. My stomach starts to hurt really bad, and sometimes I have trouble eating meals. I also experience fever-like symptoms, where I get really hot, then cold, then hot. Last night I had a migraine, and today my head feels better, but the rest of me still feels crummy. I'm pretty sure I don't have a cold, because this will happen about one week every month or so. I usually start to feel bad around dinner time (6:00.) and all through the night. I've been having this weird thing where I'll put food in my mouth, start chewing it, and in the middle of chewing it, I'll feel like I'm going to throw up. In a few minutes, the feeling will pass, but it usually comes back again.
Does anyone know what this could be? I'm not pregnant, so please don't suggest that. My mom thinks it's PMS. (But I haven't ever had a period yet)I think I'm eating the same things I've been eating for years. The only thing is that I haven't been exercising lately, and I used to every day. (I'm trying to get back into it.) Or maybe it's allergies, stress, or IBS? Help?
