advice
hi im running the mile tommorrow in school, and i was wondering how I could get a better time. i'm a 13/m, around 5'2", 99lbs. last year i got like 7min 16sec, but i would really like to get under 7minutes this year. any tips on how to get a better time? (when to sprint, when to job.. etc?)

welcome to puberty! its hormones!! :) they make you think all sorts of crazy stuff! hormones are what are making you think those things, and at the ange of 13, thats perfectly fine, as long as you dont actually have sex at the age of 13.

13/F! I've only had one boyfriend whom I went out with for 5 minites and he went to my school and he was like 2 years younger then me. He was my first boyfriend but I dumped him I don't know why I think it was because of the age difference and stuff. Well anyway I don't really think I'm pretty. I really like this kid Brian he's so hott and stuff; but I don't think I'm pretty enough to go out with him I'm afraid to ask him because I don't want to be rejected. I hate this I see him every day at school and we used to talk but my so called friend ruined that cause she told him I stalked him but I didn't. I'm like in love with him he's so hott but I can't ask him out there's no way I could. Like I really want to go out with him and stuff. Got Any Advice?!?
dont be afraid of rejection. go in with confidence, but be okay with it if you are rejected, if he rejects you, thats his loss, not yours.

OK heres the thing. I just found out the I'm pregnant yesterday. But I cheated on my boyfriend the begining of this month. The first day of my last period was Sept. 14th. Now according to when doctors say that females ovulate does anyone think its possible for me to be pregnant by the other man with whom I had sex with on the 6th and the 13th. Now i know i didnt't get pregnant on the 13th because it wouldnt have shown up on the test i took on the 21st. Now on the 6th me and the other man had sex but he didnt cum in me. So is it possible that his pre-cum got me pregnant? And if so than was it possible to get pregnant on the 6th if my period sterted 23 days from the 6th.
P.S Im 20 yrs. old and a female

ok this is REALLY about my friend..not me :)! anyway my friend Mag...is goin out wit this kid Andy..nd I'm friends with him too. Well they started going out when they didn't really know eachother like they werent friends or nething...now my friend is really confused because he's kinda boring..like he's really quiet...but sumtimes he can be funny...they don't really look lik a couple either..lik you kno how you can just tell when people are goin out..well you really cant with them... it's hard to expalin but anyway...my friend wants to know what she sould do..i'll pretty much rate 5's for naybody that gives a decent answer! thx!
never rush into or outof anything. give it time. then see how things look. if things havent gotten much better, then maybe Mag should consider becoming friends with Andy first, or she should just be good friends with Andy. And possibly try dating another time. Or if things appear to be getting better, Mag and Andy could stay together, if they both want to or they can take a break or just become good friends!

no, you do not have to take it out when your use the restroom, but if you are going to go poop, then you may want to take it out, because the pushing will slightly push it out, and make it uncomfortable.
Yes, you can put a tampon in wrong. The most common mistake is not putting it up far enough.

if you dont eat, then it is the smell of stumach acid, so if you dont eat breakfast, that can cause the bad breath. also, sugary mints or/and gum make your breath stink as well, so stay away from the sugary gum and/or mints

Ok my birthday is coming up and im thinking about doing a tropical themed birthday party in my backyard.
