That question depends on the individual guy. No two guys will give the same answer. If it were me brains comes first. If I cannot have a good coversation with someone or the girl is well dumb as a post that would bother me personally.
I would want a woman who is strong and not one to back down. If I am in an argument for example I do not want someone backing down all the time. She also needs to know what she wants in life, is career minded, does not use drugs etc. Anyone who can drink themselves under the table on purpose are off my list.
I will admit it I like an attractive girl who takes care of herself but is not rail thin. Clean hair, nails etc and good appearance is key. I hate makeup on a woman period but if it has to be there go natural. I hate this black crap around the eyes like Avril does. Unlss auditioning to be the racoon that tips my garbage can over each morning avoid it.
I also need someone sweet, caring, compassionate, and who has a warped sense of humor and CAN BE HERSELF NOT AN ACTOR WITH ME. Girl's just seem to act around guys--be yourselves.
Compassion is big here. You have to have it. If you put down any minority, race, creed or guess what illness in a joke you're gone if it were me you were dating.
I think most guys just want a sweet girl and not someone superficial or stupid. Beauty comes second after brains and physicality with me. I hope it does with other guys.

If you would want a guy to treat you right, they will look at your personality. I'm not saying all guys are like that becuase many guys look for butt, boobs, etc. A real guy will like if you be yourself around them. Not your physical appearence.

every guy is different. some look for looks, like face, body. some guys look for personality or humor or dance skills or smarts, or confidence!
It honestly depends on the guy!
